I had a reservation including a dozen blankets for $7. The station charged me $10 even though I showed him my reservation. Small amount, but disturbing.

I think the vehicles should be checked more often for safety. I van I had was hard to steer and the brakes were soft. I was able to drive and do my moving. But I felt a little uneasy about how I had to keep adjusting the steering wheel to keep the wheels going straight. Also, I had to press hard to get the brakes to function properly. But otherwise, the van was clean, full of gas, and had all the extra materials I had ordered. And everything was ready on time.

The side door on the van was inoperable and I was unable to utilize which would have made my experience a lot better. Made attendent aware, which he was, and he couldn't get door to open. Essentially just passed it off that he was already aware of the problem but didn't offer any help except to say door won't open/close. Feel I should be given a discount for the less than stellar experience I'm used to receiving from U-Hail

Pick-up of the uhaul took longer than expected. I had previously completed my reservation online, which included requesting items such as moving blankets. However, when I got there I had to complete all the information again and no moving blankets from my previous rental was available.

Would have been nice to have my chosen drop point instead of 30 minutes away from my original drop point. This location was a gas station. No clear direction where to park. And the attendant didn't believe we cleaned the truck after taking pictures as directed and made us open all the doors again.

Make sure clean inside vehicle and the place was out of the way at gas station. Not very well lit for late returns

Wanted a full tank on return, when the truck was not received with a full tank. I showed him my agreement and he was okay after much argument. I received the trick with a broken side mirror. He argued I would ha e to pay. I told him to call the pick up point and have them confirm the truck was received in that condition.

One little issue I had was that the fuel level was lower than what was noted on the sheet. In order for me to avoid having to pay for fuel fees through Uhaul, I filled the tank to the noted level not the actual level that started with. Please make sure the Tank level is noted accurately.

The truck that I was in was absolutely unacceptable, the way that it drives is horrible, the breaks make a nose, it's just a bad truck overall.

Location very covenant to my home. Return did not go smoothly as I wanted, but worked out in the end with a next day close out. Now will use self return in the future. Rental was perfect, one trip for an apartment move out.

No paperwork given to me, even now, and no info sent through emàil for charges or credits.

The truck every time you stopped at a stoplight he was smoke gas. Also it hesitated to go at times. The turning radius was great. I just think this trip needs to be retired. And we had to find the passenger side seat belt and spent 45 minutes trying to fish it out from underneath the seat to push it so my wife had a seatbelt.

I drove to four locations to pick up a truck that I had a reservation for and each Uber took me to three different locations where U-Haul had no inventory like promised none of the three locations had the trucks available. This is probably the worst experience I had. The guy who checked the truck back in

Make sure the prise you quote and take payments on is the total cost. I was told that the payment I made here was the total cost except if there was milage overage, which there was not. I like Uhal corp office to contact me on the overage I paid that was charge to my card when I drop off the truck the next day. Very unhappy and till this issues is resolved I will never recommend Uhaul to anyone.

Over charged me very bad service

While the location we ended up renting from was fine, our overall experience with UHaul was horrible. We scheduled a pick up at 1 location. When we arrived we were told they didn't have any of the type of unit we reserved and were sent to a second location. While waiting at the second location the first location called to say they did actually have it but we were already at the second store so we stayed there. The second location thought they had wiring problems with the available unit and set up a new reservation at a 3rd location. While waiting for the 3rd location to be set up the 2nd location learned the problem with the lights was actually a problem with another customer's tow vehicle, but instead of renting to us they still sent us to the 3rd location. What should have been a simple pick up turned into a 3 hour ordeal to pick up a vehicle hauler to use for an hour. This is not acceptable by anyone's standards. Had the first location simply looked in their system our entire day would not have been ruined.

The truck was filthy inside, king pet hair everywhere. The engine made this loud roaring noise when you press on the gas. I felt it was not reliable. The windshield was so dirty, I had to rinse it off to see. No wiper fluid . Just a horrible rental.

This was a convience store and the person that was there said her boss would have to check the truck in when he came in. I completed the return through the website and left

The store clerk told me the store did not have enough fuel to get to the next gas station and so I fueled up at their location. Return the truck at the same level I picked it up and that she would check mileage and email me a receipt. I get a receipt and I have been charged 5 gallons. I call and new clerk tells me that I did not return the truck at 1/4. I explain it to him and he tells me I rented the truck with a 1/4. There is nothing he can do, I ask him to speak with the clerk who was there earlier and he tells me there is nothing he can do. Very unprofessional.

This is a neighborhood U-HAUL, so in my case I asked for them to check tire pressure and they couldn't. I had to drive to the nearest full service U-Haul facility.

Gas gauge was incorrect. I went inside to correct and the man at the counter said he made the change but he apparently didn't. When I dropped the truck off y'all tried to charge me $17 for fuel. The fuel gauge was returned exactly as it went out and I have pictures to support this. Truck needed service. Truck check engine light was on. Truck cab stunk of cigarettes or weed-awful smokers stench. Windshield wipers are in awful condition. I nearly got into an accident on the highway when I tried to clean the windshield but the wipers were so bad that it badly smeared the windshield and I was blinded on the highway as I couldn't see in front of me. Tire tread was low and truck ride was awful. This truck needs service attention.

The pick up location was far from my storage, I was charged for extra miles!! I called Uhaul, the assistant was not helpful!! I am extremely unhappy about the extra charge. The drop off location was also far from my off loading site!!

Tow cart was missing important safety equipment. Truck lights did not work. This led to a potential disaster that left me on the side of the road for four hours. Safety inspections and knowledge of how the equipment operates, is critical in this business. You dropped the ball and I almost paid a much heavier price.

As I was driving the tire light continued to blink so I had to do put air in the tires Bc I was scared and the truck was nasty. The truck had old jugs of water left in there as well as all kinds of debris in the floor board and bed and ants crawling everywhere

The truck was sandwiched between 2 others, so it was hard to tell truck wasn't clean. I also had to go inside for key and stood there a rather long time before anyone came in store. Then windshield wipers were broken and inside was dirty.

Have customers actually go to a uhaul location. Truck was not well maintained. Check engine light and two tire blowouts. That should tell you how my experience went

Came in for a same-day rental. I needed the truck a little longer than anticipated, but team was flexible and allowing an extension. Easy return. Will definitely use during my next move!
