Gas should be full We had a different opinion on what was a quarter tank I am sure that I was right and he was wrong but I had to put more gas in it to get to his opinion on the quarter tank that the truck had when I got it

He stole 20 dollars saying it was after hours and I was not according to the receipt. I had 2 extra hours left. I want the return of my money, I have all my emails to show and names of people I was talking to on the phone with uhaul.

Lock on back of truck was broken and I couldn’t secure my load .

I was billed incorrectly. When we returned the car, i noticed the receipt has the wrong amount and just said it's just the estimate. They put 100km higher in their estimate but my bill came in even in higher amount. Do not use this branch!

service is good i dnt want to put any bad review here but i fill the fuel tank full still they charge me for 8 $ and when i was going for return nobody was there to inform like fuel is less but have receipt of filling tank that is my reservation number 97955318

His manger was very polite a d respectful, I enjoyed talking to him. He extended me every curticy. Thank you for your hard work and great service. I am sorry I do not know the mental man's name but he is at the mister convenience store at the corner of Orpington rd Peterborough. Just a lovely man. thank you again

Retrain this Uhaul staff. Unaware of their franchise obligations, rude to customers. No idea what they are doing.

Get larger trailers…this was actually too small for my household furniture. A 14-16 foot trailer would have been so much better

Sales person did not walk me through the vehicle just gave me the keys and said find the truck that matches #on the keys. He said he would email the signed contract and it was not so when I returned 2 new people were taking pics of vehicle and asked if it was dirty when I picked it up. I said truck was in same condition we returned it. Truck leaked water from it being a rainy day water came into cab from passenger seat belt harness. Fuel was not explained since I didn't get contract to compare what we started with so I filled to best guess but was charged 1,98 per short litre.

So bad customer service. was located in a convince store. Bought 2L pop when returning price was 1,99 Clerk took a five dollar bill from us and walked away pocketing the money. I said where our change he said no. Guy rip us off. We were there as U haul Customers all clerks were too busy texting on the phone or just plain ignoring us on pick up and drop off. NEVER dealing with U Haul again if this is how you are treated and then ripped off of money. I had inputted my credit card info in line paid for it on line but they did take my credit card and walked away wouldn't give it back. Wondering if it was copied before given back to me. SO RUDE TO PEOPLE.

Do businesses get vetted before uhaul approves them as a suitable/appropriate location? A run down convenience store that has a tiny parking lot doesn't seem like a great location to me. When we returned the trailer we let him know about a couple of issues we had. First, the fender over the tire was bent and was rubbing against the tire. We noticed this before we had loaded anything into it. Hubby bent it back so we could continue to use it. Second, aren't these trailers supposed to have an actual trailer plate on it? Ours had a worn out and torn temporary plate. When we returned the trailer we let the clerk in the store know and he just shrugged his shoulders as if to indicate this was not his problem.

The front counter where we checked in was right next to the main door of the convenience store, and customers were constantly going in and out. Wish they would deal with u-haul customers in a different area (further down the counter where it is less in the way of the foot traffic).

The guy at the convenience store ( key holder of the uhaul vans) was rude for no reason including speaking to my mother and losing his patience when my mother didnt hear him a couple times but overall the truck was fine and got the job done

I arrived at 9:50, 10 minutes earlier than the pickup time to get the vehicle. The Convivence guy kept taking clients at his store and he made me wait on the side. He gave me the keys at 10:15 and told me I needed to get the van back at 1. I told him he caused a 15-minute delay and then he said that does not matter, if I didn't wanna pay extra I should bring the van back by 1. Plus the van smelt like somebody pooped in it.

I was charged extra because the fuel needle was not exactly as indicated on rental contract, I was charged extra because I was an hour late , and I was charged extra because I was over mileage, when I was told I had extra miles provided.. I had to rent the truck because U haul could not provide the covered trailer I had reserved in the first place I had the unit I wanted in the first place I would not have incurred gas charges, late fees, or mileage fees.

Trailer tongue weight is very heavy and was dropped to the ground. I had to lift it myself onto my hitch. Quite difficult.

This was a last minute location change forced on me by U-Haul due to someone not returning the truck I booked. Added several kilometres, additional fees and inconvenience to my day. The truck itself was fine.

I was told all your moving vans came with ramps and Dollie's. that was not the case for my rental. Something amiss with the gas gauge on thir van I rented. It showed approximately 1/4 tank full. I drove it for 65 miles When I returned the van and put gas in it to bring it back to 1/4. When I returned the van the operator told me I had to pay to fill up the tank because it was less than 1/4. I took the van to the local gas station and put in another $20 worth of gas. I don't see how to go 65 miles and no idling would cost $50 in gas The outside of the van was extremely dirty. When I drive it there was a definite theme as if there was a bulge or shifted tread in one of the tires. The transmission was also acting up. Lastly this was an American truck with mileage instead of kilometres. So you had to mentally keep converting miles to kilometres to stay within speed limits. Never again

The back stained like cigarettes and pot. The app was horrible. And I don't know why we couldn't pick up at a uhaul place down the street instead of a convenience store.

Great location not too far from the highways. The staff were courteous and friendly. I would certainly do business with this location again.

Agent at the location was not at all customer friendly.For any problem he has just one answer that "I am not responsible for anything, I don't represent UHaul, talk to customer support." He knows the problem but don't want to help. I didn't expect this kind service from UHaul.

Incompetent "staff" - convienience store clerk more interested in the store customers than anyone needing to pick up a u-haul. Was continuously on the phone during the more than 1/2 hour pick up time required to pick up a reserved trailer. Then, once the paperwork was done, no help with the trailer whatsoever as he was "busy" with store customers buying cigarettes and sodas, etc.

The equipment we asked for was not available at pick up time. Ordered 12 blankets received 6. Order a furniture dolly. One wasn't available. Received hand cart instead.

The person we dealt with was named Gopan Modi, he tried to scam me and my partner for returning the truck with more fuel than when we received it. He was very rude borderline threatened us.

I requested teo moving trolleys, was not notified they were no availablexat this location. I should have been advised of this in advance.

Not the first time that I use the service and I need to pick up in a different location usually extremely far and change time as well this is really inconvincente specially that I need drive 50 minutes more to pick up the equipment

The business' closing time of 5:00pm may make it tough for some customers to do a same day rental. The van that I rented was clean but had a musky smell to it and should have been aired out prior to rental. The gentleman who I interacted with was very friendly and professional. He was very quick with the check in and check out procedure

We booked a 15' truck for Norwood and got a call 2 days before that it wasn't available. What is the point of booking a truck online if you don't make it available - we didn't get the proper size or the location. We had to take car loads the day before because we knew we couldn't get everything in the 10' truck but the 20' truck was too big.
