I had rented a U-Haul to move to Louisiana and brought the U-Haul back to the original location I picked up from. No one told me I would be double charged for the mileage since I didn't just do a drop off. As most people know moving can be very expensive and that last $100 I had was going to be what got me through the week for groceries but instead it went to U-Haul. I paid $104 when I picked up the truck, got the U-Haul brought back to its original pick up location and I was told I owe another $104. Lack of information like that has completely irritated me or else I would've planned to drop it off where I moved to so I could avoid paying another $104.

We had a terrible experience with U-haul and with the Beaumont, Texas location's management, but then we called the owner of this location in Lumberton and he helped us out right away and got us back on the road! We're so thankful for him and his wife. We have tried to reach out to U-haul in regards to the Beaumont location and the constant run around from transportation and we've yet to hear back from them.

Was not explained about dents in truck, truck did not have slide our, of course should of checked before so had to buy some to put furniture in truck which cost $130. Extra. Would not recommend this place at all.
