Make sure the truck is available if not then they need to call the customer to notify them. Also make sure if there is additional equipment or items needed for the move are at the location. Very terrible situation!

The trailer front left wheel fell off, I think the PM of your equipment needs to be revamped as this should never happen. I could have caused a serious accident, luckily it was at a time when traffic was light.

stephanie lIt needs a jack stand on it. If I had been traveling by myself I would not have been able to pick it up and put it in my hitch. I could not believe when I pulled up and saw it with out one.
