Friendly staff. Very easy to rent. In and out. Needed a van for a short duration. Much easier and better than renting at Home Depot.

Hasan Dtire pressure was low, and when I told the owners, they said it would be fine and refused to fill the air for me. between pick up and return, I interacted with two different employees, both of whom were extremely rude to me. I have never had this experience with a U-Haul facility and would never choose to use them again.
SANDRA DI have spoken to half a dozen customer service. Representatives were unable to help me with the fact that the dealer screwed me over.

Sakhone KI had stopped at 17777 East Bagley Road in Middleburg Ohio first because the website said it closed at 9:00 but they told me the U-Haul service actually closed at 8:00 so I had to go to this new location. The sales associate with super helpful.
Cody SI brought my rental back with a full tank of gas and was still charged for refueling! I also originally rented the van for 7 days and ended up needing 3 additional days and the cost for the extension was definitely not proportional to the original 7 day cost. ($355 for 7 days vs. $320 for 3 additional days)

THOMAS JProvide all the contract information to customers prior to booking a vehicle. "Best estimate" without a proper and complete explanation is not adequate.
Gholamali MThe webb site to register on is NOT friendly. I forgot my password, and when Uhaul sent me a new code it threw me back to the homepage. I had to start over a couple of times. It was never right, and I had to call customer service.

Margaret BWe lost the first half hour of our 4 hour rental scraping the ice that was caked on the windows. I kind of wish someone had gone out there and at least warmed up the van or something to let it thaw. I dunno. Kind of frustrating.
Micah DI really didn't like having to do the entire transaction on my phone, having to take 8 pictures on my phone instead of having someone just coming outside and verifying.

She will not let one go until she truly solve the problem with kindness and care. As for the pick up place Mobil Mart very clean and pleasant. Thank you sincerely
