Representative needs to learn more about the process instead of saying "I don't know"
Sakhone K.I had stopped at 17777 East Bagley Road in Middleburg Ohio first because the website said it closed at 9:00 but they told me the U-Haul service actually closed at 8:00 so I had to go to this new location. The sales associate with super helpful.

I also originally rented the van for 7 days and ended up needing 3 additional days and the cost for the extension was definitely not proportional to the original 7 day cost. ($355 for 7 days vs. $320 for 3 additional days)
