My representative was very helpful and knowledgeable on helping me rent my uhaul..

Keith RPositives: Great customer service. Easy use of app to reserve the truck. Having an account in the system made the rental process quick. Negatives: Paper said truck was on a full tank and it was NOT! Left turn signal was out. Truck return process through app did not work.

Wendell LMake sure the younger workers pay close attention to what they charge because I was charged the wrong total. But they informed me this morning when I call it will be reimbursed back in my account in 3-5 business days. Even tho I need that money now 臘♂️

MICHAEL DMoreland Storage was friendly and helpful. The truck was available when promised and the return process was quick. The only suggestion I would make is the windshield could have been cleaned. There were bug smears making it hard to see. There was no windshield wiper fluid when I tried pressing the button on the dash. It was hard to clean windshield myself due to the height of the truck. Also, there were grass clipping inside the truck bed. It was easy enough for me to sweep this out. Other than that, the overall experience was good.

John DGreat facilities! Would highly recommend! Stored our camper there for over 5 years off and on. Used this place for storage and for staying while attending Miss State ballgames. Super people to deal with and all done on the phone. Only reason for leaving is selling my camper. If I ever have another RV, I know where to go and who to call.

The owners were lovely and kind as well as my neighbors. I enjoyed the energy that home games brought to the park but appreciated that overall it was a quite and affordable place to live. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay while in Starkville.

Nice pad with FHU for our 43' Class A. One thing to be aware of is for a long rig towing we had to stop in the road to open the gate before turning in. No real problem though. Would stay here again.

Something to note - the storage unit buildings are located within a larger storage park also used for RVs and campers, but the building was secured with a key lock + under surveillance.

Staff is friendly and great to work with. Overall the facility is clean and nice, but would like to have a solid floor and better exterior lighting at night.
