JOHN LI had to purchase a 7 pint to 4 pin adapter from auto zone in order to use the trailer. Having them available at the rental would be more helpful
ROBERT RThe vehicle I rented warned of low oil throughout the trip. Checked at intervals and saw no problems, maybe an overactive sensor to check? Kim Moreland was very VERY helpful when that message first came up — she drove out to check and test things personally and was available through the whole trip if we’d had issues. The staff was also wonderful and helpful!
