I got an e-mail from U-Haul asking me to return the trailer early. I went above and beyond to get it done and get everything off loaded so I could return a day early per the request. Then, asked if I get a credit for returning early to accommodate them. To which they responded that "we know nuttin bout that" you need to call U-Haul. I would expect a rebate for a 3-day rental rather than 4 day rental.

The location was difficult for me to find. The staff was very helpful, adn even assisted me in modifying my drop off location/date.

Pam Jthe cons: I think the AC should come on more often than it does. The air seemed humid and we did have some mold on furniture and fabric bags. mold was on the floor as well. It seems climate control storage should be better. I would have rather paid more money to have the AC come on more regularly. The Pros: Moreland seems easy to work with. The grounds are kept well and the building maintained. Access to the grounds and building are 24 hour and we felt safe every time we went, even late at night.

Kim Moreland was very VERY helpful when that message first came up - she drove out to check and test things personally and was available through the whole trip if we'd had issues. The staff was also wonderful and helpful!

CHRISTIAN BWe camped there for a weekend. Very spacious sites with full hookup. Nice concrete pads and plenty of parking space. Quite and well kept. Reservations were easy. No bathhouse but there was a restroom. I would stay there again!

When I returned the truck I was greeted as I pulled in by another young lady that checked the truck in right away sent me my receipt before I walked away. Super simple super easy. I drove a town over just to use this location based on reviews and the reviews were spot on. Would highly recommend.
JAMES CI stayed at the RV park for 6 months as I was working nearby. The staff was super courteous and extremely nice! The park was wonderful! Plenty of room for my RV and to be able to have room for being outside to BBQ and just relax. Very secure and never worried about having anything stolen. And dog friendly.

Prayash RIt was after hours when I dropped it off, but again Uhaul had me scheduled to drop it off in a different place them where I told them I would be. Ridiculous experience.
MICHAEL DWe booked a 20ft. truck and when we got to the store they told us they did not have one. We were told we had to take the 26ft and pay the additional money to cover the costs. I spoke to the store twice before we arrived to pick up and was not notified. We were also given a $9 gas credit and was told that the gas tank was just below a quarter of a tank. When we got in the truck the gas light came on and said there was 25 miles to empty. This is significantly less than "just below a quarter of a tank." We spent $100 in gas right after pick up and it only got the tank to 3 quarters full.

ARDRA MVery good help when I had trouble at the end of the rental, Kim is excellent! I did however call as soon as I left the store because the truck didn't have 3/8 of a tank of fuel as claimed, it was only a 1/4 tank. I called and told them and they said they would update that on the rental agreement and I just needed to return it with a 1/4 tank which I did. I have a pic with the return store door and address but n the photo to prove it was at the location. All the same the final receipt has a note that it was not returned at 3/8 of a tank and I was billed for the fuel. I'm happy they waived the rental fee given all the hassle of returning the truck and closing it out but the fuel thing is not accurate to what happened.

Consella HWhere do I start with this place whoever the man was I spoke with the day I moved in was rude. Phones are always busy the people in the office look sad to be there. The rent prices are so overpriced that half the place is empty and when I asked to negotiate the guy was rude and said that's my price. So I will be taking my money elsewhere. I would have been fine paying the same amount if he was nicer to a paying customer! Business 101 says lower your prices until you exceed capacity then raise them until you hit reasonable vacancy. Supply and demand 101. Do not recommend this place purely on attitude and price !

Staff is friendly and great to work with. Overall the facility is clean and nice, but would like to have a solid floor and better exterior lighting at night.
