The trailer was great made it very easy to load the car and haul. I will use you again when needed
FRANK SThey did not help me hook up or unhook the trailer. Help me verify that the lights worked. I had to do it. The trailer had debri in it from the last user. The door was damaged and would barely latch.

Brenda PThe truck that I rented was from Arizona and had summer tires which are completely inadequate for Michigan winter driving I ended up being stuck in the snow for over an hour of my rental time, I highly recommend that any truck sent to Michigan be immediately fitted with snow tires.

Dr JHow quickly they responded about not having a truck available that I had reserved. They went to Waters, sent their employee to get it and then I was only I was charged for a 15' truck when I actually got a 20' truck when was not available. They sent their employee from Gaylord to Wayets to get the truck. The larger truck us to get everything in one (1) trip. They were extremely sorry for the error a d responded as quickly to getting it corrected because J had reserved the 15' truck two days prior. I would surely recommend them and most likely will use the myself in the future. Pat Johnson

Carman CLocation was difficult to find as the only sign out front was a roughly 24"x 30" metal sign staked in at near ground level and amongst other much larger/flashier signs advertising the other products or services the location must offer. I drove by the building 5 or six times before finding it , causing me to be late for a different appointment

Leonard ATrailer mix up when went to pick up trailer!! Lady behind counter had no clue of was going on!!! Made me late to the sell and missed appointment time to pick-up appliance and miss sell. Not a happy person.

Michelle KThe woman who was working the night of our rental, was extremely helpful. We arrived, and we were supposed to get the rental online by ourselves, and the online portion is hard to navigate. When the woman who was working. was closing up she stopped what she was doing to assist us in checking out our rental. That was extremely helpful and wonderful.
Kristy BMy only complaint is not about Morgan Trading Company. I have yet to receive my balance back from Uhaul. I didn't use all the miles estimated and am owed 11$ and some change back. I assumed it would've been put back on the card on file. Have yet to receive it. So my only complaint is directed towards uhaul.

Dawn HThe did not have my equipment and could not find a trailer the size I reserved within 25 miles. Ended up having to get the smaller trailer which caused scratches on my new couch recliner controls.

John KThe location was not well prepared for my pickup. I opted for self pickup but still had to go in and ask for my key. Initially they gave me the wrong key and then I had to wait 15 minutes for them to find the right key. Also I didn't request equipment but there was a dolly and pads in the truck, clearly they're not checking the trucks over between reservations. Furthermore, the location's parking lot is a mess - people were parking behind and blocking many of the UHaul trailers and trucks - myself and another customer had to personally talk to car owners/store customers to ask them to move so we could drive away. This was my first time using this UHaul location, I usually use a different one. I will not be utilizing Morgan Trading Company again
