Pick-up location was great. However, U_Haul corporation would get a POOR rating. We reserved a truck in advance. We assumed you would get it to the pick-up location. A day and a half before we needed the truck you called and said it would not be at the pick-up location. You suggested we go to a different location, 80 miles away! We had people lined up to help load up here and other people lined up at our destination. We had people lined up to milk the goats while we were gone. Your failure threw our days into a tail spin. I know that the small print always says that you are in control. I doubt this comment will improve things for the next customer.
