CHRISTINA EOwner of location went out of his way to help us! However- we had to drive over an hour to get to this location to pick up our truck and UHaul never called me to confirm my reservation like I was told they were supposed to. Uhaul's fault, not this specific location's fault.
Briston WWe had to travel an hour there and an hour back. This was not our choice for a pickup location due to the distance. We were not given another option that was closer although there are several within a closer distance to us.
CANDACE LAfter the last rental fiasco where I was stranded for over 30 hours with no food after they towed our "return trip uhaul" and stranded for over 34 hours without my medication for my diabetes or high blood pressure, this rental was how it should be! You should NEVER GIVE ANYONE A JUNKY TRUCK!! Ever!!!! I recommend this location but DON'T RECOMMEND UHAUL AS A COMPANY!!!!
