william wFirst u haul took it upon themselves to change my order to this uhaul so my son had to drive 1 hr to pick up the truck and trailer then had to return to the uhaul in Evansville to pick up the ratchet straps. He received a call the day before from a man that told him he could not pick up the truck until afternoon instead of the 8:00am the truck had been scheduled for in Evansville. The movers had been scheduled so then they had to be rescheduled. The 26 ft truck that was needed was not available at any of the uhauls in Evansville or the uhaul in Kentucky. Had to settle for a 20 foot truck and much of their furniture was left behind. So now it has costs thousands of dollars to replace what was left behind. This move could not have been more stressful and expensive. My daughter in law has cancer and did not need this additional stress . Do better U-Haul.
Pamela LThe equipment was ean yes but maintained well a different story when tou had to drive most of tour trip at 50 miles an hour or less
Jennifer MWhen I arrived to pick up my U-Haul for my all day move 6 hours away, there was a sign on the door that said "Be back at 11". We had to wait over two hours in the parking lot. We drove over an hour out of our way to pick up and had it was closed after just getting off the phone with U-Haul reps. This severely impacted our move and we did not arrive in Springfield Mo until after 6PM
