I was skeptical of using a car dolly again. I had a flat tire on one I rented in 2019 and sat on the side of the freeway for 5 hours waiting for a repair person. This trip was great with no issues.

I had to hook up the trailer the guy didn't even come out side the trailer was filthy not cleaned out there was a pile of used moving blankets left in the unit and it stunk like motor oil

Service was great. Contact was very friendly. Unfortunately when I received the truck the AC didn't blow through the dash vents. Unless there's a truck I don't know about I couldn't get it to blow cool air through the dash.

At pickup, the odometer read 20 miles higher than the contract. They said they didn't know how to change it on the contract but would adjust the ending mileage when I dropped it off. Moving day couldn't be changed so I had to roll with it. They closed at 1pm so I had to do an after hours drop off. this was online and now I have been charged for 47 miles when I only drove 27. I am feeling scammed right now.

They charged my wife 3 days after telling us they wouldn't charge us for the days cause they got the miles wrong from Hyde park locations. Gonna see me real soon and in court.

When I picked up the truck it was filthy. The back had dirt I had to sweep out. There was mud in the cab of the truck. The windows were so dirty I could hardly see out of them, and there were food wrappers in the cab. I cleaned all these things but felt that the truck cap could still use some cleaning. I was honest with my drop off questionnaire and they charged me $25 for cleaning. I guess I should have made them clean it before I took it, but it had taken so long I just needed to get out of there.

Rentals were kept in a field full of snow. It took me 15-20 mins to get the car ready to drive while I cleaned all of the snow off the windshield and while I waited for the frozen ice on the lock of the back door to melt to be able to open the door. The inside was dirty, smelled like smoke, and had trash in it.
