It's a dump and they were not there so I followed the directions to call if no one was there and no one answered... Why on earth dont they just tell you to drop the truck and put the key in the drop box which is what I did bit cmon how hard is it to Save a guy a phone call they are not even gonna answer.Richard Lee M.
The key wasn't left in the vehicle when I went to pick up 30 minutes before the store opened. I was frustrated because people were at my house waiting to help me load. When the staff arrived there was no â€œsorryâ€ or â€œcan we offer an upgrade to a larger truck for the inconvenience?â€ They said â€œoh, so-and-so is supposed to do that. Here's the key.â€ Not looking for them to bend over backwards for me, but some form of empathy or compensation would have been appreciated.Kyle S.

The drop off man was not there, they closed at 1pm. So we had to use you internet site to log in that we dropped off the truck. We call uhaul headquarters to find out how to drop off the truck and not get charged for extra days. They told us about an app to use, called ,"truck share ride share". Both my son in law and I could not find it. So we called uhaul headquarters back and they gave a new website to use in stead of the one I just mentioned and my son in law finally got the truck checked in. Your drop off processs is a royal mess. I would give your company an Fminus for ease of dropping off the truck. A better way to do it is if the drop off person is closed then let me just call uhaul headquarters and use your customer service rep who is on call 24/7 to give the information to an go through the drop off process. Your drop off person at Hyde Park, Utah was nowhere to be found or no on call back up service. Your system sucks. After I dropped off the truck through uhaul headquarters then let that person who handles our call in turn call the drop off person in Hyde Park, Utah the next day or in out case after the Labor Day weekend is over with on the following monday. Make it easy for me your customer to drop off the truck. I am not sure I would recommend uhaul to another person unless you clean up your drop off process mess. Call my son in law, Stephen Grover , he is the one who finally went with my wife to drop off the truck, he can tell you his experience with the process. You need to hear it from the horses mouth who did the drop off.Stephen G.

No process available to customers for after hours drop-off, no signs at location and no directions in emails. Just left the dolly next to another tow dolly in an unsecured lot. Called the next day and asked male employee working that Saturday morning if I would receive a receipt of some type. Had to call back at the end of the day when nothing was sent. We dropped off the truck at Mountain Toppers. The location was awesome but it was difficult to find the drop off box. The picture that was associated with the location did not match. There are 3 different businesses located within the little compound and so we walked all around trying to find the drop off box. It was just a little confusing especially because the picture didn't match.Melissa M.

U-Haul's software is a nightmare. The lady helping me couldn't quickly get details about what my costs would be to extend on miles, to make a second trip, on the software, so I opted out of giving your company more money. Too much hassle. I'm pretty certain, based on my experience in Orem with Dustin, that it wasn't her fault because she looked frustrated just like Dustin did. In courtesy and helpfulness, as well as speed of check-in, she was awesome. Also, your iPhone app is useless. I couldn't even get it past the opening screen, and I teach tech professionally. Please get all your software fixed.Arlen C.
