AHMAD EEveryone here was also really helpful, had the trailer unhitched in under five minutes. The only issue is the original trailer was too small but it was exchanged for a larger one but I what looks like two charges for 147. For that trailer on my credit card. I'll double check with my bank.
CHAD MPrefer a location with uhaul employees for a tow dolly since I'm completely unfamiliar with them. It ended up being quite easy but still. The gas station attendant was ok nice and tried, but needed to call an off site superior about 4 times for individual questions.

Benita WThe bed of the truck had pieces of burnt weed all over the floor. So my things came out smelling as such. Pretty disgusting to be honest. The staff was really nice though.

FRANCIS RTruck was left unlocked. No key in lockbox. Lady working claims she doesn't handle U-Haul. However, once we complained she found the key. I called the regional number I was given. Was told no managers were available and I would have to call back. EXTREMELY, a horrible experience.

STEVEN FWhen we picked it up, the van was filled with dirt from a prior client. We had to spend a few hours cleaning it out entirely before being able to use it, as our load had to have a clean interior environment. Also, the jack and dolly were missing, and the amount of gas on the check out receipt was more than was actually in the van. I see that we may have been charged an extra amount and am waiting for a final receipt to see what that was, since we feel that we returned the van in much better condition than it was given to us in! It was cleaner and had extra gas in it.

Evan WChecking in and checking out was so easy. Friendly guy at the counter. Gas station is right at the location so you can fill up right there. Truck was in good shape. Just a nice, hassle-free experience. No surprises! I will definitely use this location again. Merci!

JIRAIR HOnly if other local Uhaul not available. This place is convenient for neighborhood but definitely a dirty equipment location. Not kept up to Uhaul quality!

Sara AI can't say I have high expectations for a moving truck but there was stuff left from the previous driver (water bottle, used napkins, etc.). Also, it's time to admit the $20/day is a sham. I rented it for two days with an appliance dolly and six blankets and it cost me $185. Will just hire movers next time.
WILLIAM BOnly the dispatcher was friendly and knowledgeable, but the equipment was dirty need maintenance before renting.

AREN EI feel like I got really lucky. I had super excellent support and service on both ends of my move from Atlanta to Los Angeles and the location in Tujunga California did a great job. Jesus did a super job and I really appreciate everything he did.
Martin SDropped trailer off, guy in office was not interested in looking at the receipt or the trailer. I videotaped the trailer to prove it was there. No fence or gate or cameras. Employee just waved me to go away.

Dagoberto LThe 6'x12' trailer did not have the crank in order to lift the trailer to the height in order to connect to my truck. When I returned the trailer no one was able to help me lift this heavy trailer off my hitch. I will NEVER go back to this location.

Armen NThe Uhaul was at the counter of a gas station mini-mart. Upon return I accidentally left the brake light hookup on my bumper. When I returned the next day to inquire about it the Uhaul attendant was super short with me and said, "what do you want me to do about it." I was only asking if he happened to see it in the gas station lot. I won't be going back here for any future rentals. I'll gladly drive a few more mins to another location.

When I returned the vehicle today and he saw me outside-he again called me by name. He runs an efficient operation! I will continue to rent there from time.
Linda HService rep was late 20 minutes. Pick up time was 9am and due to rep being late to her start time my moving plans were delayed which caused a disruption my plan and required shifting my schedule. Very unprofessional. Location was hard to find. Will not recommend.
