Was unable to retrieve the uhaul before the store opened as promised because rental equipment was not assigned to my order. Had to call customer service twice. Pick up was easy after the store opened.

Overall, the rental experiences was very good. My only problem was I had difficulty trying to complete the rental online and had to call but the person I talked to was very helpful..

Robert WIt was confusing to figure out where to go to get the key for the truck. There was no sign on any building indicating that the registration was inside the grocery store. The truck was clean on the inside, but the windshield was filthyy. We had to clean it before we could travel.

Kathy TWell. It wasn't a bad experience at all. But. Make sure the trucks get fresh oil and fluids along with a time up. And also good tires just in case someone has to pull up in the grass. Or make them 4-wheel drive

francis bI was charged for two different uhaul reservations. I only needed and requested one. Then I got charged for $437 for the uhaul I never used.
Evan KPicking up the uhaul it took 5 minutes just to have someone ask what I needed. The truck was not clean. The lady issuing the truck was very rude and unprofessional. Won't be back!
David KI was billed an extra $29 but I'm not sure what it's for. Didn't give info. I also filled the gas tank above the halfway mark before checking and realizing I wouldn't get reimbursed for the extra fuel. It's convenient to pick up and drop off without a representative but I didn't have time to read all the paperwork as I was moving. If I had more time I could have saved money on the gas, and found out what the extra $29 charge was for.
Timothy LYou changed my reservation from a van to a 10foot truck. I needed a VAN!!!! The situation required a VAN!! If I thought anyone actually cared about my experience I'd try to get a refund but knowing how worthless the customer service is I'd rather just take the L and move on with my life. You asked so I told you. This company sucks and it makes me want to spend every dime I have on lottery tickets so I can win and start a competing business, charge half price and drive Uhaul into the ground!!

stephen kI did everything online and since the hours for the store aren't updated U-Haul thought the store was closed so I couldn't use the app to check in then when I went inside I had to start all over with the process. Truck had a few things inside, a grate from a ceiling light, dash receptacles had debris in them so I cleaned it all out because I didn't want charged!

Sandra KYour software/website application process is unsatisfactory. There is nowhere on the site to checkout when you drop off the equipment. Also, you make the process harder for those who choose not to pay the "extra insurance ", which is just customers paying the company's premiums. The online application needs to have a drop off checkout selection so you can finish. The photo upload just kept loading and never came up. Not pleasant.
Michael SIt was an interesting situation in which the Shop 'n Save had a trailer and opened up at 7:00 a.m. However, because they usually do not rent u-hauls, it took me an hour and a phone call to U-Haul to be able to rent the vehicle and get out the door. The staff could not have been more pleasant and willing to help, but were not knowledgeable on using the computer program to rent out the trailer. In addition, the U-Haul website let me rent a utility dolly which the Shop 'n Save did not have. While the process did not flow as it should have, everything worked out because of everyone's willingness to work together.
