Was unable to retrieve the uhaul before the store opened as promised because rental equipment was not assigned to my order. Had to call customer service twice. Pick up was easy after the store opened.

Overall, the rental experiences was very good. My only problem was I had difficulty trying to complete the rental online and had to call but the person I talked to was very helpful..
RICHARD JPeople were very friendly and helpful. There was some confusion because this was my first time using the haul app.
George KTracy, Jaylan and Diana provided excellent customer service from beginning to end of the rental which made my moving experience convenient, wonderful and easy.
Robert WIt was confusing to figure out where to go to get the key for the truck. There was no sign on any building indicating that the registration was inside the grocery store. The truck was clean on the inside, but the windshield was filthyy. We had to clean it before we could travel.
