What the app said the truck started with for gas was way more than what was actually in it

Nobody was there when we arrived. Luckily someone who knew the owner walked by and called them to come.

The truck front smelled of smoke and had mud prints and coffee stains that I had to clean myself so you guys wouldn't charge me. I waited 20 minutes for someone to assist me at this location. Ended up calling 3 different numbers for the automated service to hang up on me. Had to call again and get redirected 5 times to finally get told to use the app. Got the app and it wouldn't work. I ended up calling 3 numbers again to have someone personally walk me through this "seemless, easy, no-contact procedure" to finally get the truck. Overall, the whole thing took 1 hour and 30 minutes making me late to the places I needed to be at. The dollies I had ordered where also nowhere to be found. There was also no one at the drop off place so that was another 30 minutes of using an app that is anything but helpful. This was the worst experience and I should've known it was going to be bad when I got called a couple days prior by you guys telling me to change the pickup location. I will look at this on the bright side though, you guys will never have to hear from me again.

I was charged gas even after I put gas back in the uhaul. I received a phone call stating that I didmustn't return the truck and I returned it 3 hours after I rented it. And I was definitely over charged!! So I would not recommend this service to anyone!!!! I was very disappointed!!!

U-haul accepted my reservation for a 17' truck, hand carts & blankets. None of which he had at this location. He was very apologetic & accommodating and got us into a truck he had just received. U-haul's fake reservation system, however, is pathetic. Drove to U-haul store and they didn't have any hand trucks, either. Never will I use U-Haul again.

The on-line/no-contact drop off was simple and quick. No hassles, just a few photos uploaded to the U-Haul app and I was done. The entire drop off process took less than 10 minutes! I will definitely use the U-Haul the next time I need moving help!

When I went to drop off the truck, I entered the office and was prepared to go through the check-in process, but the employee just took my key and said she would email me my receipt. I never received a receipt. I would like this emailed to me ASAP.

Can't think of a thing. The gentlemen at Mummert's were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I will also add, patient. I don't hear we'll and I'm sure they repeated themselves at least three times without getting upset. I highly recommend this location to anyone needing a truck. Smooth pickup and return.
