I was charged gas even after I put gas back in the uhaul. I received a phone call stating that I didmustn't return the truck and I returned it 3 hours after I rented it. And I was definitely over charged!! So I would not recommend this service to anyone!!!! I was very disappointed!!!

U-haul accepted my reservation for a 17' truck, hand carts & blankets. None of which he had at this location. He was very apologetic & accommodating and got us into a truck he had just received. U-haul's fake reservation system, however, is pathetic. Drove to U-haul store and they didn't have any hand trucks, either. Never will I use U-Haul again.

John W.When I went to drop off the truck, I entered the office and was prepared to go through the check-in process, but the employee just took my key and said she would email me my receipt. I never received a receipt. I would like this emailed to me ASAP.
