The check in system was bad. It took a half hour to rent the trailer. Service was poor.

Brianna is an example of a customer service representative that every company should have on the front lines, she was AWESOME.

He was so patient with me as I had to deal with not having the correct ball or electrical plug for my truck and had to come back several times as I figured this out. He was extremely pleasant to work with, beyond helpful with questions and assistance and I would definitely rent from this location again (and I probably will at the end of my camping season.

He asked for cash from me to hook up the rental to my truck and if I did not give him the $20 he would not let me leave because thats what U-Haul told him he has to do. I had no choice, for I had to go and get my stuff, so I gave him the cash. I asked for a receipt and he said call U-Haul! I did see his name on his coat, Javier. I would not have this man work for my company, that is all I am saying.

Justin C.When a customer has a reserved rental with a certain pickup time the vehicle should be ready to go. In the winter make sure the windows are clean of built up snow and ALL the doors will open, so the. Customer does not have to wait 20 minutes for some one to find tools to pry open the frozen doors.

Stephen H.Location was great App for returning rental is horrible. If no geo location available it's impossible to finish the process. Customer service phone is horrible. After waiting for 45 minutes for someone to answer I was told there was nothing they could do to help since I had left the location. I asked the rep to wait on the phone while I drove back to the location on the phone and he refused and hung up. Next time I will rent from Rider.

Also if asked what a customer can expect if late gets told you get charged another day and coverage and states no where about extra charges if we checked out ourselves, only if done by provider next day! Communication is a key to keeping customers!

BRENT B.I had made reservations for the truck for June 4 and 5th,on the evening of the 4th I received a text stating that I would have to return the truck on the 5th by 11am. Again I reserved the truck for 2 days. I called uhaul to straighten this matter out and was on hold for a unbelievable amount of time. The truck was returned on the 5th early evening and now you are charging me a ridiculous amount of money because of your error and lack of communication inside of your business!!!!!! SO OVERALL THE EXPERIENCE WITH UHAUL WAS VERY UNSATISFACTORY.
