The floor had a hole in it and the front had minor damage. The is a real pain in the ass and takes much longer than it should to check the trailer back in during drop off.

Sandy-Elizabeth DominguezI was unable to use my phone to check in my equipment, had to contact U-Haul. Also i heeded the sign in the truck that said "Avoid the $25 cleaning fee and sweep out the rental". I did sweep it out, wiped down the seats and stuck in the cab and was still accessed a $25 cleaning fee. I guess that was a "tip". I have pictures from when i turned in the equipment showing it clean. Doesn't appear I can attach them here. Please reach out to me if you have any questions. U-Haul has good equipment, they have good people too, everyone i worked with was very helpful. The automation for setting up rentals is awful. Return didn't work even though i had used it before. It made the whole experience much worse than it needed to be.
David GibsonThe UHaul section was closed at 4:00 when I was returning the trailer . However the pen oil oil change area was luckily still open so I was able to return the same day. David was very helpful.
Carl WagnerI was asked to wait 15 min. After the 15 min passed I asked if someone was going to help me and was told just a minute. Ended up having to wait for 20 minutes with a young child and no seating to wait. The truck was good.

Leon AssinkThe manager charged me a miss drop fee even though I had not selected a location for a drop. Uhaul cleared the fee after I called.
Sam LempertEstablishment and workers were exceptional! Trailer was very bouncy, needs some sort of weight on the front tongue area to stop this. I had a small light load so even loaded was bouncing like mad. I was carrying a large window so it was a nerve racking ride because of this

Brianna answered and was SUPER helpful and very kind on the call as we worked through the issue at hand. Brianna is an example of a customer service representative that every company should have on the front lines, she was AWESOME.

John BriarTheir hours of operations are deceiving. They are open till 6, but if your truck is not in by 4 - you are charged a convenience fee. That was never mentioned.

Dorothy hallRalph is an excellent ambassador for UHaul. He was so patient with me as I had to deal with not having the correct ball or electrical plug for my truck and had to come back several times as I figured this out. He was extremely pleasant to work with, beyond helpful with questions and assistance and I would definitely rent from this location again (and I probably will at the end of my camping season.

Cary ClaverThis place is very close to my home, but I did not like the worker/employee for the company. He asked for cash from me to hook up the rental to my truck and if I did not give him the $20 he would not let me leave because thats what U-Haul told him he has to do. I had no choice, for I had to go and get my stuff, so I gave him the cash. I asked for a receipt and he said call U-Haul! I did see his name on his coat, Javier. I would not have this man work for my company, that is all I am saying.

Ralph BartonVehicle had less than a half tank of fuel in it when picked up but you charged me for 20 gallons of fuel. Your stupid app was and is not working.
Justin ClarkWhen a customer has a reserved rental with a certain pickup time the vehicle should be ready to go. In the winter make sure the windows are clean of built up snow and ALL the doors will open, so the. Customer does not have to wait 20 minutes for some one to find tools to pry open the frozen doors.
Richard LaraPer mile rates are very high. $.99/mile . . . it appears you're jumping on the "I can raise my rates using inflation as the excuse'" bandwagon.
Stephen HugheyLocation was great App for returning rental is horrible. If no geo location available it's impossible to finish the process. Customer service phone is horrible. After waiting for 45 minutes for someone to answer I was told there was nothing they could do to help since I had left the location. I asked the rep to wait on the phone while I drove back to the location on the phone and he refused and hung up. Next time I will rent from Rider.
