If it wasn't for the Mgr. David, you would not have my business anymore. Your system needs to be overhauled as I had a pickup time of 7:30am and the system wouldn't work. I had to wait over 2 hours to get the key for the vehicle. Dave saved the day for you!!!Brian S.

I had a, confirmed order for the small box truck but got the 15'. This isn't the first time this has happened. I do monthly antique shows by myself. I'm 5'2 and struggle just getting in & out of the cab not to mention anxiety driving the large truck. Loading is so much more difficult for me. The ramp is of no use. Carrying a heavy bin up the ramp is too much. I just lift them in & use step stool to get myself in the stack bins. They always say no extra charge. It should be less for not receiving what I ordered. It is physically so much more difficult for me. Time & time again this has happened. You shouldn't promise something you can't deliver.WARREN LYLE T.

The person working showed up late, when he did show up he did not go to his office. He went next door to get a drink first even thought there were 3 people waiting. He showed up to his office at least 15 minutes late. Which made me a half hour late due to paperwork and schedule. Why did I make a reservation for 10:00 and when the sales clerk cannot make it to work on time. I hope he enjoyed his slushy he needed so badly.DAVID JOSEPH A.

What a torturous experience renting a truck with a combination of using the on-line system and face-to-face interaction. The in-person representative was less than helpful. I was told not to use the link until I picked up the truck, instead of being told that I could have done most of the contract input ahead of time. It took about 45 minutes to actually get the truck. There was damage on the truck that I couldn't verify using the app, and the app wouldn't let me go back to input what I found. The furniture pads I reserved were not in the truck. It was a disaster from start to finish when I dropped off the truck and I couldn't complete anything on-line using the app since my reservation/contract was no longer showing up. I don't know that I'll ever rent from U-Haul again if I have any other options.Alan L.

The online system was not helpful once we arrived to the vehicle. System would not accept my husband's phone number, as it was one digit different from my own, it wouldn't recognize it as a new phone number. It would also be better to deal with everything but the head shot before sitting at the rental location. The people at the Pennzoil were fine, cancelled the online order and had to restart with an in person order because the online system was stuck. Never trying to pick up a u-haul outside of location hours again.JILL M.

The truck was on empty when I picked it up. In addition the people working in the Uhual/oil change business were not helpful at all. I called customer service and was not able to talk to anyone because I was on hold for 45 mins. Horrible customer service. We only rented a truck to deliver PPE to first responders...Robert S.

1. It would be nice to pick up a truck with more than 1/8 tank of gas in it. 2. The truck was not clean inside or out. The wiper blades were really dirty as well, which made driving during rain difficult. I quick clean of the blades at a gas station helped.John B.

Location is great for South Haven. Service was friendly and very efficient. Locale is part of an oil change business. It is not bad but not as neat or professional as if it were more of a dedicated moving or U-haul place.Lincoln O.

I needed to change my pickup date and time. I had to call the 800 number as the location was unable to help me. I would have preferred to do it on your website but it doesn't seem to have that capability.Kelvin O.
When I got there, there was only one person doing rentals and oil changes so I had to leave and come back fifteen minutes later because he was doing an oil change. While I don't mind waiting my turn, and it wasn't his fault, it was a big inconvenience for me since I had to get on with my agenda. I am also not happy with the way you advertise things. It sounds like you can rent for a reasonable price but then different charges keep being added on. If I return it in the same condition as when I left, I think the insurance fee should be refunded! And since you charge a mileage fee, you shouldn't also be charging for gas. And an environment all fee? Good grief. And then tax.Rhonda D.

You can start by fixing that Third World Country mobile check in process. Got a message saying you didn't recognize the device I was using so I needed to get a code sent to my email address. Hit the dam send button 5 times and never got the code. After 20 minutes of waiting we went inside for assistance. About an hour later the dam codes showed up in my email. Really upset about the mobile process, was a big waste of time. In the future I'll just check in at the counter.Stanley H.
Ordered a 24/7 rental by phone so I could pick up the truck prior to the store opening. I even double checked. Didn't work. Sat for an hour till doors opened. Store manager very unfriendly. He kept blaming company, repeating it wasn't his fault.BONNIE H.
