Once we arrived at our destination we noticed several of our items were wet and ruined. Upon a close inspection after emptying trailer we found a hole in the ceiling that had leaked.

Timothy PetersWe didn't understand we had to do everything on line. I prefer to talk to real people and the lady at gas station was very helpful but they only had 15 ft trucks or larger available, needed smaller truck. Once we got truck paid for and got keys, truck was dead. Had to go down the street to another location at a car sales place. The guy there was very helpful and called around but still no smaller truck. So we rented the 15 feet. Truck was clean and easy to drive. Got everything moved and returned truck. Thanks for asking about our experience. Having real people rather than just computer sales sealed the deal. Otherwise we would have moved on to something else

AJ WaldenI ordered a U-Haul and a furniture truck and a hand truck online. When I got there to pick my stuff up I was told they didn't carry the equipment only the trucks. I had already hired people to help me move. It would have been nice to have been told that majority of the locations don't even carry the equipment. It was very aggravating considering the fact I was on the line to move. And then they suggested that I take the truck and go around all of Albertville and Boaz Alabama to the other U-Haul places to see if I could find the equipment that I needed to move. That would been me paying mileage and gas on a truck for equipment that I should have been told when I ordered it that they didn't carry. Very aggravating!
Angela ScottThe gentleman I returned the truck to in Guntersville/Albertville, AL credited my card $20 when I explained the truck only had 1/8 of a tank when I picked it up and I was told to bring it to the drop off locations attention. He was polite and process was easy and quick. One thing that confused me was there were supposedly two other uhaul locations within 10 minutes of where i was staying. Couldn't find either one and they didn't show up on the computer at the uhaul location in Murfreesboro, TN where i picked up.

Jeff PraterAt this location, it was the first time I had to hook up the trailer myself (6X12) from the ground with no equipment offered to assist (was told to go out and hook it up, so I had to lift from ground on to truck ball (I am a disabled veteran) and ended up in severe pain for the 1,000mile trip. At same location on return pointed where to put it and left. So, Maybe I am confused at what Uhaul is suppose to do, but for safety purposes I thought U Haul personnel was suppose to hook up trailers?? Thanks, concerned customer

Sady TorresThe location was great and the capability of picking up and returning my uhaul truck on Sunday while nobody was working. BUT, thank goodness I had someone else with me because the Uhaul app would NOT accept any of my pictures when I tried to return the UHaul. There was NOT an option to upload a picture from my phone which is how I had to pickup my equipment. Thank goodness I had someone else with me that had to download the UHaul app and use her phone to take the pictures. I waited for 30 minutes on hold with UHaul and nobody answered to help with this.

David RogersThe associate was more than helpful. He completely hooked up my trailer. Excellent service à la clientèle. There have been times in the past where I was told where the trailer was located and had to do it all myself. Not so great of service. I really like being able to pick up the equipment at my preferred location. I use U-Haul twice a year. The time before this I was directed to a different pick-up location. I really didn't care for that. If you want to keep good customer relationships please don't change pick-up locations.
