The location itself was helpful when they opened, but the mobile pick up was a disaster.

Better communication on where to pick up the truck. We were told on E mail to pick up our truck at a store and when we got there we were told to go to this place.we recommend you need to tell the customer if the truck pick up has changed to do it before they go to the wrong place.

Jeff P.At this location, it was the first time I had to hook up the trailer myself (6X12) from the ground with no equipment offered to assist (was told to go out and hook it up, so I had to lift from ground on to truck ball (I am a disabled veteran) and ended up in severe pain for the 1,000mile trip. At same location on return pointed where to put it and left. So, Maybe I am confused at what Uhaul is suppose to do, but for safety purposes I thought U Haul personnel was suppose to hook up trailers?? Thanks, concerned customer

Sady T.The location was great and the capability of picking up and returning my uhaul truck on Sunday while nobody was working. BUT, thank goodness I had someone else with me because the Uhaul app would NOT accept any of my pictures when I tried to return the UHaul. There was NOT an option to upload a picture from my phone which is how I had to pickup my equipment. Thank goodness I had someone else with me that had to download the UHaul app and use her phone to take the pictures. I waited for 30 minutes on hold with UHaul and nobody answered to help with this.

There have been times in the past where I was told where the trailer was located and had to do it all myself. Not so great of service. I really like being able to pick up the equipment at my preferred location. I use U-Haul twice a year. The time before this I was directed to a different pick-up location. I really didn't care for that. If you want to keep good customer relationships please don't change pick-up locations.

FRANK D.I was sent to this location since my preferred location had a full lot. This location was closed and I had to leave the hand truck I had rented in the unlocked back of the truck. I wasn't happy about this because I was afraid that some one might steal the hand truck and I would have to pay for it. Thank goodness the woman at my original location was helpful and willing to talk to me since the toll free number put me on hold and never answered my questions as to how I was to turn in the truck.
Carl C.When I got there to drop off the trailer the parking lot was very full. It was tough to maneuver my truck and trailer into a good parking spot. Once it was parked I couldn't find anyone to help unhook it so I followed the self service steps. The trailer is far to heavy for one person to lift off the truck by themselves. I finally found an employee who told me it was not their responsibility to help me unhook it. I had to call my husband to drive half an hour to help me unhook it while the employee just stood there watching me.
Morgan K.After being stranded on the side of the road for 4 hours with a broke truck, multiple calls to the location were made for assistance. They were not able to reach their service guy so I had to reach out to 1-800-uhaul to get help. I lost an extra day at work. Was on my way to turn it in when it broke down( a full 18 hrs earlier than I had too). Was never offered a partial refund, an apology or anything for the problems.

Ted G.Check trailers more often to make sure all lights work at all times. I had to purchase at an auto store a plug adapter for lights cuz most trailers of uhaul has not been updated to reflect newer models of trucks that have the round connection. I believe as a customer I should not have to make an extra purchase! Uhaul should supply this item, in fact should have reimbursed me for the item. The personal was friendly and accommodating! But not when it came to the adapter that i will never use again and cannot return back to store. The price was $13 for the adapter. I just believe this was a rediculous purchase which was not the cutomer's problem it lies with Uhaul. I just don't believe Uhaul itself cares for the customer when they must make a purchase else where to ac omodate there rentals. Thanks for listening I'm not angry or upset.

I presigned in 3 days prior and then arrived at my location to pick up the truck and was then prompted to send in more info (driver information, etc.) that could have been done before hand. Then had to wait for the driver to be approved. We were almost late for our movers because of having to wait on approval-something that could have been done during the presign in process.
Anthony B.trailer was parked facing uphill. One person cannot pull the trailer uphill to connect it to a tow vehicle.
David S.I only used a little bit of gas and still got charged almost $20. I also had to extend the drop off time by only 2 hrs and no one needed it after me and I got charged a whole other days rental fee. ($46) These charges are ridiculous and I will not be using uhaul again.

Jimmy R K.There was some kind of exhaust leak on acceleration. Do not know if they knew about it. Brought the unit from Alabama to California only had issues with the exhaust leak the last 600 miles. When I picked up the unit or checked it out. I did not start it up I came back at a later time to pick it up due to needing a ride without leaving a vehicle there. Did a visual inspection oil tires water everything good. Just heard an exhaust leak on acceleration. Other than hearing an exhaust leak everything was good.
