Fantastic experience!!!
Phyllis HI want to point out a big dissatisfaction when I arranged for returning the trailer. I called the UHaul number as instructed on the contract. The person answered the phone was so unprofessional. First, he told me to return the equipment to a location farther away. When I asked why can't I return the equipment in my area, and not go all away agent is in another state. He almost cut me off and said "do you want to file a complaint I can transfer you to the customer service department. I said the location you want me to take the trailer to is in another State; there is one only a few miles from where I am, and is in town and in NY State. So he gave me another location, in the same county, but further away; and Hung Up on me before I could say anything. Isn't this the after service corporate culture. Anyway I took the trailer to the local near me where I wanted to return it to. The local agent took the trailer. No hustle! So I give the local agents 4 stars. The company overall a One Star.

SCOTT DFeedback for U-Haul, not the location: I booked online for a 24/7 truck share and was instructed by U-Haul to download the app in order to access my truck from my mobile phone. When I arrived, I was not able to access the truck from my mobile and had to call U-Haul assistance for help. They informed me that the location did not have mobile access and that I had to wait until the location opened. Luckily, the location was open and was very helpful in getting my truck. U-Haul should not allow me to reserve a truck at a time outside of the location hours if that is what is needed to rent the truck. Again, the location was great. This is a U-Haul website/service concern that I fee should be addressed.

Bruce FZee was very helpful about providing an excellent U-Haul rental Experian from his location, a Valero gas station on State Route 22 in Brewster, NY. It's very convenient to have the longer open hours of the gas station, which also allows for an easy fill-up at the end of your rental period. Thanks for the great service!

Edward HWhen picking up the truck, I received a fuel alarm for 46 miles left until the truck ran out of gas. The front desk employee had informed me the tank was half full. I walked back inside with a picture of the tank a few minutes later and he marked the fuel line to be less than 1/8th of a tank full and had me sign it. Whenever I dropped the truck off it was nearly half of a tank full, or approximately 15 gallons more than when I picked it up. I was charged $28 extra for low fuel. Uhaul should technically owe me around $60 for leaving the tank in better condition than I picked it up. Instead, I am net $88 behind. I submitted a ticket with photo evidence of the pickup fuel amount, the form marked by the front desk employee in Brewster, and the dropoff fuel amount. Fortunately, I recorded all of this on video, if this needs to go to small claims court.

EDWARD HThe woman working when I arrived was supper helpful and made my checkin a breeze! Very accommodating and went above and beyond to assist me. When I returned the truck , the man working saw me drive in and came to assist me with the return without me even going inside. He too was very helpful. I made another reservation for later at this same location and am glad I did after this exceptional service. Not many places have much in the way of "service" these days. Wish I noted their names. But thanks again to them both.

Open 7 days a week with early morning and late evening hours, rental models + supplies always available, and a convenient location. All team members are always polite, professional, and friendly. Dawn has always been a pleasure to work with, and I'll keep referring people to this location only! 5 stars !

A true pleasure, and the reason why we have kept coming back and renting for years, as well as always telling our friends and family to go here. They're open 7 days a week, and we can go before or after work with their great hours. And, there has never been a time that we can't book any type of equipment regardless of what kind. So, selection is always available also.

Fernando FI was completely overcharged and treated terribly by the manager. He overcharged me for the rental. He charged me for 2 days when I had it less than 24 hours and he didn't convert the mileage rate after 100 miles.

Alexander GThe trailer was locked and the attendant had to go to a hardware store to buy bolt cutters. ( very courteous and helpful), but meant a 15 minute delay. There was laundry detergent spilled in the back and there was no broom to sweep it out.(10 minute delay) Who checked this trailer in??

Stephen Nplace i finally picked up is always great. However your customer service on phone from corporate uhaul is terrible. your rep called me up the night before the move to tell me my truck was not available and gave me another location. when i asked for info about the location she told me to call myself when i insisted she find out she put me to a superviser who nastily told me to call myself and then hung up on me while i was talking very unprofessional your coorprate customer service is i need of training I am considering going somewhere else next time. the only thing thaat might change that . your mystic.brewster location,where they are always great

Paul DOriginally getting trailer from pawling ny the guy never showed up the place was still closed at 10:45 am after calling uhaul was sent to Brewster where I picked up the trailer all of this put me hours behind for my car pick up.I’m not happy with uhaul
Fred SThe service was great but the truck started making a loud horn noise for fifteen minutes while driving which was unnerving and scary. I thought I was going to die. I even called I haul roadside bc I didn't understand why that sound was going on and why it wouldn't go off.
