place i finally picked up is always great. However your customer service on phone from corporate uhaul is terrible. your rep called me up the night before the move to tell me my truck was not available and gave me another location. when i asked for info about the location she told me to call myself when i insisted she find out she put me to a superviser who nastily told me to call myself and then hung up on me while i was talking very unprofessional your coorprate customer service is i need of training I am considering going somewhere else next time. the only thing thaat might change that . your mystic.brewster location,where they are always great
