This place sucked. They did not have a mailbox to drop off the key the person there did not want to accept my truck and key and told me several times to go to a different location. I wasted a total 30 mins with the employee on site and customer service call. Worst experience ever.

They have great customer service at this location
Phylicia BIt was during business hours and the shop was closed. Had to wait 20 minutes for them to open it up. Then I took another 20 minutes for them to turn on the computer and get the paperwork ready. Then there was someone's car blocking the truck so that was another 15 minutes. The shop owner knew who it was but had to find them.

SANDRA TLeo was very professional and nice. The only 2 complaints I have are, #1 the Cargo Van was dirty on the outside but clean on the inside, I think if a customer is picking up a truck/van, it should be washed. #2nd complaint, which I know Leo himself have no control over, is the homeless encampment on Vermont & his corner is so bad and the smell was horrible! Over all I was satisfied with the service.

Duane JVery confusing with communtication, right mirror kept turning while I was driving which is a safety hazard. Also when I went to return my car they weren't open on time they opened an hour after their usual opening time.
Shalliyah GThe staff was great! The equipment wasn't the doors locks where jammed, had holes I don't know how to explain unable to use a key there. Had I locked both doors I would have been livid!!! This wasn't explained. I wasn't able to contact anyone via phone no matter which phone number I used livid again. I'll use a u haul location next time not a partner u haul
DEMETRIA PI did a cash deposit and they still overcharge my he'll overcharge my credit card and calls my account to be overdraft and charged late fees and they didn't even accommodate me or credit my card back

Breanna PCustomer Service could be better.... The 2nd person in the store was not able to receive the truck back once the rental was complete. I had to wait 45 mins - 1 hour for the representative to return. I had put more gas back in the truck than used and he refused to give credit towards the rental fees and he did not take into consideration the wait time to return the vehicle.

dyke rThere were a lot of issues with sending the verification code to my email. i had to call customer service and after 10 minutes, I was given an entirely new log-in. The mobile app is suppose to streamline this process and make everything much easier, but it ended up being more of a hassle.

jesse sI reserved u-haul van for 11 am when u arrive for pickup at 11 they were not prepared had to wait for them to turn on computer and connect credit card machine it seemed like he was taking forever the etexterior of the vehicle extremely dirty could not see out the window when I returned the van he was very anal about the gas mark it was on 3/4 of a tank when I got it and 3/4 of a tank when I returned it he insist that the gas level was low he said he was charging my card an additional $8,99 I had to leave and go to the gas station and put $2 in the tank when I returned he said now it was on the 3/4 gas is $4 a gallon so it was already on the 3/4 mark $2 didn't make a difference in gas he was trying to get over on me with gas

Dontrell NThe trucks were there but the only person there was a woman who knew nothing about it. Unfortunately she spoke only Spanish and we spoke only English. We call the basic U haul number but the person on the phone also spoke only English so we could not get a key for the Truck. Finally the woman who really worked just for the Flower shop got someone on the phone who could set up a new reservation for the truck and he told her where to find the key. We did get the truck but it took almost an hour extra. I will have to rent another truck on Saturday and I hope to find a place with an office and an English speaking person.
Karen wEverything was excellent. Friendly customer service but besides the customer service I was given a truck with a messed up headlight and didn't realize until I had to drive at night. Also, I rented blankets and there were supposed to be 10 but I was only given 6 and didn't realize until later. The issues were not a big deal but in the future it would be nice to do a full inspection with your clients just to give that much of a better service. Nonetheless, thank you Uhaul I will be a future client.

EDUARDO HThe clerk who was working at the flower shop was very unprofessional and patronizing. We had to wait for about 45 minutes the prior day for our Uhaul to arrive. His explanation on why we had to wait was "it's not my fault." OK fair enough, no big deal. The next day, our gas was off not even by a 10th of a percentage, and he charged us an additional 9,5 for the 10th of a percentage of gas??? OK, I understand that, but when I was voicing my frustrations to my buddy, I said "damn 10 bucks for a judgment call on whether or not the meter was where it's supposed to be. and the guy behind the counter goes "it's actually 9 dollars and 50 cents." I'm a manager of hospitality and if I overheard this guy trying to correct a customer over 50 cents, I would have sent his ass home on the spot. Next time I'm going to go out of my way to go to an official Uhaul location because you don't have the proper people representing your company when you're doing the pickups through the application.
Jonathan BU-haul and Sara at the LA scheduling location made a huge mistake on my original order. I originally ordered blankets, 1 furniture & 1 appliance dolly. Those were not at the pickup location. The pickup location said they also never leave anything in the truck as it could be stolen because of the crime in that area. Huge inconvenience!! I then had proactively call u-haul and ask Sara to find a u-haul location to pickup the dollies needed. Luckily they had them available. I then had to re-rent them and charge my credit card to get the equipment. This wasted about 2-3 hours of time. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with the coordination. Sara promised me a $50 reimbursement on my card. Will never recommend u-haul or use your services again!!!
