It was during business hours and the shop was closed. Had to wait 20 minutes for them to open it up. Then I took another 20 minutes for them to turn on the computer and get the paperwork ready. Then there was someone’s car blocking the truck so that was another 15 minutes. The shop owner knew who it was but had to find them.

Lechelle WNothing!! The gentleman at Nancy’s was wonderful and provided great customer service.
SANDRA TLeo was very professional and nice. The only 2 complaints I have are, #1 the Cargo Van was dirty on the outside but clean on the inside, I think if a customer is picking up a truck/van, it should be washed. #2nd complaint, which I know Leo himself have no control over, is the homeless encampment on Vermont & his corner is so bad and the smell was horrible! Over all I was satisfied with the service.
