You doing great job I will say thank you so much for helping me and the lady in the front office she is very nice and she has very good customer service anytime I need uhaul I will go to this location because of her she traded me right thank you again for all your help

Kelley C.I did not choose this location I specifically asked not to identify a drop off location because I'm not familiar with Nashville and did not know which location was closest to me. I picked the trailer up at a trailer center open until 8pm. I arrived at the drop off location that U-Haul chose on my behalf without my permission before 8pm fully expecting to have assistance removing the trailer and there was nobody around and it was a dark location very dangerous for me as a single female traveling alone only to have roadside assistance refuse to help me unless I paid $300 dollars. Despicable!!!!
Tamara G.I was not provided any documentation when I returned the rental, just told that it would be "marked as turned in on time" later. The rental was not checked in for two days and I received text messages that it was overdue. It took multiple calls to the location and corporate to resolve.

Michael D.Incorrect pricing online and in store. I received a quote for a cheaper price online and wasn't able to complete the reservation so when I went in they charged me $10 more for “taxes.†I already knew what the price was with tax because the online reservation says it.
