I believe the lady was having trouble with renting about a truck and claimed I have to return the truck back to the location rented from unless I rent out a bigger one to be able to rent out one way. She marked the fuel gauge at a quarter of a tank when it was below a quarter.

PHIL MThis comment is not against the location. But U-Haul in general. I rented a small trailer and needed it for 2 days, but since it was for a one way out of state you charged me for a minimum of 4 days. It is morally wrong to charge for services not rendered. I should only have to pay for 2 days.
