Customer service was amazing. You couldn't improve. Y'all could give them more smaller size trucks and car dollies. I will always use Nathans. Thank y'all for everything. I couldn't ask for a better place to deal with.

Michael GMy original reservation was in Sylva, NC. When I arrived I was informed that my rental was not there and that I needed to go to another location 12 miles away in Franklin, NC. For that reason I probably will not reserve from that UHaul location again.

Michael MTruck cabin smelled like cigarette smoke from days gone by. Nonetheless, this is not the problem of the staff of Nathans Body Shop. They were even courteous to give me an extra 25 miles since the truck was not where it was originally supposed to be picked up. Very nice people!
WILLIAM T1. Better label where the key boxes are. 2. Lights on the lot so people aren't stumbling in the dark and taking pictures that can't show detail. . 3. Consistency between phone reps. I was told by one that i could return the truck closer to home then the next said I couldn't. This caused us to have more miles and gas then necessary

Tony GNathan's is THE BEST- I've always had good service there. Our issue was that the trailer ended up not being the right one for our needs. We tried loading the lumber on it, but could not get it balanced correctly and had to scrap the mission. Also, the right rear tire was flat- which no one noticed until it was under load. I added air (it was at 20PSI, instead of 65PSI) and the return trip empty was fine. KM
kev mI arrived at Nathan's at closing time and in fact, the only employee left was locking the front gate as I drove up. He was quite helpful and pointed at a remote lot about 300 yards south of their main location. I drove to the remote location, found a nice spot to leave the trailer and went through the after hours drop-off app on my phone. Easy to do and I would certainly recommend this location to a friend.
LYLE RThe first place we were scheduled to pick up our truck was closed when we got there even though they were scheduled to be open and got no answer when calling. I called uhaul and a nice lady set us up a truck on the north side of town. They were great, nice folks. Got to N.C. We went to drop off the truck on Friday a little before 6pm. The ad on uhaul site said they were open 24/7. Come to find out that was just their wrecker service and the office closed at 5p. Had to go back today to drop it off and was charged another 75 dollars late fee.

TONJA RNo one looked at trailer to check me in. Said to park it next door and it would be ok. No one was next door at their lot so I left but took many pictures to prove I had brought it back. They didn't verify my name and didn't know who I was.
thad bThe drop off location is closed on weekends, used the app for check-in. The cellular signal is weak at this location which delayed and slowed down the check-in process when it came to uploading the picks. When I went to the verify location portion i the app, I got kicked out and it restarted, but my reservation was no longer there to add my location. There should be an easily identifiable way to go back in to my reservation/check-in and verify or correct information.
Jeff CThe truck wasn't very clean in the cab, the back was fine. There was half or less than a tank of gas when we picked it up. Took it back with 1/8 tank - was charged a lot for gas, but I expected that. I didn't have time to stop. So that's on me. Needed to rent a furniture dolly and blankets but they were unavailable at this site. The folks at the location, however were great! The truck was not running the best and would likely benefit from a service.

Joseph OWhile the inside of the trailer was clean, the outside was horribly dirty. I suppose that shouldn't matter, but it looked like it has never been washed.

Catherine HWhen the original designated dealer refused to accept return we reached out to uhaul via live chat without success. We called Nathan's Body Shop and received exceptional customer service! She was most helpful, even contacted uhaul and changed drop off location so we wouldn't be penalized.

Doris CU Haul trailers are deliberately overbuilt, that being said, some of the features you'd expect on a 6x12 tandem are lost in the design. Why build a 6x12 tandem with a 48" ramp??? As Biden would say, "Come on man."

Mindy ONathan runs a fantastic operation. His employees are always on point and Sara in the office is simply the very best at what she does. All other U-haul operations should be trained by Nathan and his staff. They knocked it out of the park.
