We scheduled for 10 AM pickup Friday morning at Nathan's Body Shop on the Sylvia Road. Young lady working the counter was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Our rental was ready, 3/4 tank of gas, pads and hand truck on board. No problems with the equipment during our 450 mile trip. If you are planning to rent equipment in the Franklin NC area, Nathan's has the U-Haul for you.

DC BYou guys charged me almost 800$ and I had to travel 700 miles with a broken windshield wiper (IN THE RAIN) and the driver side mirror kept turning out due to wind. Not safe. I truly should get a reimbursement of some kind. I may have to talk to someone about this.

I was stranded in Asheville North Carolina at the 1755 E Main St because I ordered a U-Haul and the employee of the gas station + the manager of uhaul that we got on the phone couldn’t seem to trouble shoot opening a lock box to obtain the key. I was suppose to be moving my little sister out of western Carolina and driving her down to Norfolk Virginia on a time restriction & I was waiting for some kind of resolution from someone for hours now. The I had to order a uber to another U-Haul pick up location N’s auto body shop: way better service & actually having the key for their U-Haul. I have never experienced anything like this before with no care to help a customer causing me to come out of pocket more just to get a U-Haul
