Had appointment for 7:00am Arrived and no one there Had to call office and then Had to wait till 8:30am to pick up rental vehicle. Rental vehicle was clean but the truck got extremely poor gas mileage of 7.4 miles per gallon and truck ran poorly. We got the job done that we needed the truck for. Get a newer truck that runs better and gets better gas mileage.

LENORE EThe trailer overall is wonderful, but it does not track straight while going down the road. The vehicle towing it has to stay to the passenger side of the painted lines, and the Trailer tracks passed the driver side on the other painted line. There is something wrong with the alignment of the axles are not true to the tongue position where it connects. The trailer should stay centered and true in the middle of the vehicle, towing it, and it does not….. again the trailer sticks out past the driver side of the vehicle, towing it. I thought maybe it was the truck towing it, but I towed it with a different truck to return it and got the same exact issue. It needs to be inspected and get an alignment and threw up the axles to the tongue position. The axle should be 90° to the tongue…. Also, the driver side rear tire has a nail in it from the best I can tell and the tire pressure was down below 30 pounds. The other tires were set correctly.. I aired up the tire and did a full pre-trip inspection each time I used your equipment. Thank you I appreciate much the use of the trailer and the truck..

James KOver charges on milage. Only location in area to calculate 100 miles everytime even though I selected 10 miles. And I returned the truck on 7 miles. It’s not necessary to hold 100 miles when we don’t use that much. Also they lied about condition of truck. I’ve been renting trucks for years. Never in my life had a dirty truck and no cleaning fees. This place claims dirty truck and charged me cleaning fee. We swept the truck out before retuning. This location needs to be shut down. Bad for business.

MIKE CWhen I went to pick up truck person was on the phone on a personal call for about 1/2 hour I told him I did not want the insurance twice I was told I had to deal with corporate I asked to speak to owner the person that was there told me I had to pay n he had no way to get a hold of the person that rented me the truck … this made my account negative n was charged $35 for overdraft fee… I regret going there next time if I hope is never I ll rent from Home Depot…

Nicholle SService was bad. Store was to open at 7am but didn't open till 8:30am. So I had people standing around waiting for the truck. We were behind all day. People that came to help had to leave before we were done. I said I wanted the truck for 24 hours and the employee said not a problem. I get a call from uhaul telling me that the truck should have been returned. Had to pay extra to keep it until 12mid. I will never go back to that uhaul location again. I have never had a problem with uhaul before and will continue to use them again. Just not that location.

Joseph AThe Check Engine warning light was on when we picked it up. Truck engine revved to the non-marked redline constantly. A/C smelled badly of cigarette smoke. Shock absorbers are garbage - it bounced over every tiny imperfection in the road, which was dangerous to the very delicate fragile things we were transporting. Very disappointed and angry about all of this. This was the only truck they had and we were in a rush.
