I would Have preferred mobile checkout but couldn’t find how to choose to get a code for block box. Mostly because what happened when I returned the truck, the clerk at the store didn’t Send the photos and close out the return until I called there 6 hours later to be sure it was done right then, which it was. If I hadn’t followed up I would have been charged another day!

STEVEN ZEliminate the poison ivy next to the vehicles. I got a bad rash around my ankles because I had to walk thru it to get the vehicle.
DON NI like it new van good trip
RALPH RThe entire pick up process was a complete headache!!!. And the truck was parked right by high grass like 3 feet that taking pictures was almost impossible. I had a tick on me within minutes of taking the picture because i had to be in the woods basically ( grass was like 3 feet high) !! The key was not on truck that was stated and had us looking every place for a half hr before going around to the building to see a lockbox! Customer service i sat on hold for ever. This was a horrible place to get it from and gas completely deterred me from ever renting a uhaul like this again!
