MIKE CWhen I went to pick up truck person was on the phone on a personal call for about 1/2 hour I told him I did not want the insurance twice I was told I had to deal with corporate I asked to speak to owner the person that was there told me I had to pay n he had no way to get a hold of the person that rented me the truck … this made my account negative n was charged $35 for overdraft fee… I regret going there next time if I hope is never I ll rent from Home Depot…

Nicholle SService was bad. Store was to open at 7am but didn't open till 8:30am. So I had people standing around waiting for the truck. We were behind all day. People that came to help had to leave before we were done. I said I wanted the truck for 24 hours and the employee said not a problem. I get a call from uhaul telling me that the truck should have been returned. Had to pay extra to keep it until 12mid. I will never go back to that uhaul location again. I have never had a problem with uhaul before and will continue to use them again. Just not that location.

Joseph AThe Check Engine warning light was on when we picked it up. Truck engine revved to the non-marked redline constantly. A/C smelled badly of cigarette smoke. Shock absorbers are garbage - it bounced over every tiny imperfection in the road, which was dangerous to the very delicate fragile things we were transporting. Very disappointed and angry about all of this. This was the only truck they had and we were in a rush.

Michael HI reserved a 10' truck at this location and when I got there they only had a 15' truck for me. Thy said they didn't know why the site let me reserve a truck they didn't have and I had to pay $10 extra for the bigger truck.

Karen MI have used these trucks every single time I’ve ever moved and I have never spent this much money using a truck for four hours less than 40 miles refilling the gas being charged for things that I didn’t use and being charged for the rental twice I have never in my life spent this much money for a truck and if you go back using my name you can see I have rented a truck several times from U-Haul and I am extremely upset and would never recommend this location again because I was absolutely overcharged

peter cI ordered a 15 foot truck on the inside it said it was a 14 foot truck there’s also a sign saying it was 19,99 to rent but they charged me 29,99 because it didn’t apply to the truck even though the banner was in the truck window I feel like I got ripped off why say you have a 15ft truck when inside it says 14ft including the top price that goes over the driver wish I would have known this before I would have gotten a bugger truck from another location

JEFFREY LYou changed my pick up at the last minute, causing me to have to drive one and a half hours in two directions, causing a delay of 3 hours and then had the audacity to charge for the extra mileage.
EMMANUEL AThere was a few issues with the truck we had a horrible smell inside the cabin we had a 3 hour ride the a/c kept on shutting off ... very uncomfortable in the heat ... the truck was to old 2012 very uncomfortable ride for long distance..wasn’t happy with the truck at all.
