No fault of the owners of the facility but one of the tires was 75 % flat which caused some inconvenience but we were able to get to a air pump machine and get it drivable. Other than that everything was top shelf, especially dropping it off. It took less than 5 minutes .

The first truck was infested with Roaches (I have pictures) and the first trailer when we came back to get it had a flat tire.

I don't understand why we rented a trailer to go from Florida to Pennsylvania a few weeks ago for about $140 and then rented a trailer to go from Pennsylvania to South Carolina this week and it cost $550.

My truck was disgusting it was filthy dirty I don't scrub the inside of it and you gave me a gas tank a quarter of a tank I will never ever use your service ever again I will look elsewhere and I will never recommend your service to anyone

U-Haul should update the trucks more often. Also, I hope I'll not have to use it again. I'm not in agreement with charging for miles and having to replace the gas. Replacing gas should be enough.

The customer service was top notch. I missed my reservation time because I was so busy that day. I was on the phone trying to secure another reservation at Home Depot, which has a later closing time, but no one would answer the phone. Then a rep fr UHaul called and told me I could still pick up my truck via 24/Share. It was a great experience. I love it. Can you imagine, picking up your rental anytime without having to deal with an agent at the counter?

I received a call two days before our pick up date saying they did not have a truck available for us. I booked three weeks earlier and paid deposit. We ended up having to drive an hour away to be able to pick up a truck. Not thrilled!!! Last minute I would not recommend UHaul!! Unreliable

Service equipment to prevent issues. Do not allow trucks to be rented with service lights illuminated. Clean vehicles after every rental. There's no way that vehicle had been recently cleaned. Train location reps to not encourage vehicles to be driven with blinking check engine lights when they're in the phone.

Just handed me the keys and off I went, Someone should walk around the truck with me and make sure everything checks out, That did not happen. Drivers side wiper was AWFUL rained most of the trip

We were completely mislead about pricing. We were told it would be 29,99 a day, with a flat 14$ insurance charge, and that it included 100 miles, everything after the 100 miles would be 0,99 cent. Instead we were charged 0,99 cent per mile, 14$ a day. The bill for over a week was 700$, even though he charged my CC the 700 plus multiple other hundred dollar+ charges. We are contacting the BBB, Google reviews, and leaving an article in the newspaper about the Uhaul business and the furniture store they run.

Rear right tire of the truck was low on pressure and there was no pump in the truck to fill it up. Previous user had indicated wrong fuel amount, much higher that it actually was, I disputed the amount and attached a picture though the application and then filled up the truck to more than the expected fuel amount, but I still charged $7 more for fuel, which I didn't owe. I tired to contact the store listed customer number for 4 days, left messages, but didn't get any response or refund. If I had any major issues with the truck ,with this low response customer support rate, I would have been in trouble. As is, I would say customer service department for this location does not exist. I would not use this location again or recommend it.

No problem with the staff or equipment other than the trailer had fender damage. Also it would be helpful if the ratchet strap mechanisms were lubricated periodically.

I went to this location out of convenience however I will not return for any service due to the poor customer service. The customer experience doesn't seem as if it's a priority since the store associates didn't greet customers or value their customer's time.

I would have the people who service the trailers go to a course or something about torquing the lug nuts on the trailer. 3,5 miles down the road and all 5 lug nuts came off with my fingers. Glad I double checked.

Clean unit, put items in there that were paid for. Couldn't move heavy items due to dolly that was rented not being included. The vehicle had not been cleaned and the dash was sticky and compartment covered with debris. U-Haul did deduct the cleaning fee and charge for dolly within 12 hours which I appreciated.

I reserved multiple dollys and moving equipment and they only had 1 furniture dolly available. Wish they would have told me since I reserved it 1 month prior. Made my move a nightmare logistically and won't be using you guys again.

I reserved a hand truck online and when I picked up the Uhaul truck they told me no hand trucks were available. This was rather upsetting since I needed it for the move. I had to go rent one from Home Depot. If no equipment is available at a facility this should be made clear at time of reservation.

When I arrived at this location the truck I had reserved was not there and the store was not open yet. When I called U-Haul they contacted the owner of the store and he came to the store within about 10 minutes. He had another available truck on his lot that he let me rent in place of the one I was told was on the lot, which it was not. The owner was very gracious and accommodating and apologized for the mixup. Merci.

Be aware that when they say you have 2 days, they mean from the exact time you rent. I was given 2 days, but it had to be returned before 10:00AM. Brought it back at 4:00PM and got stuck with another day's rental.

Corporate can give me the courtesy call on the day before pickup and verify with me that my vehicle will be at designated pick up location ,I drove 3 hours to the pickup location not knowing if the truck would be there ,I received no such call as was promised

U-Haul rep gave me a paper with the trailer number on it and told me to go to the back lot and find it, hook it up to my car and come back to the office so they can take a picture. After I found the trailer, connected it to my car and brought it to the front door of the store, I had to go inside to find the U-Haul rep to come and take a picture. When he came out, he asked if I checked the lights - in the past, the U-Haul rep has always had me turn the lights, turn signals and press the brakes to check the lights. The trailer had wood chips in it when I picked it up. Worst U-Haul vendor I have ever experienced.

I was robbed by the people working there. I paid $50 for a 10' haul. Put charges on my account that I declined. I will not be recommending Uhaul to anyone else. I will take my business to another moving truck company.
