the website showed it having an open trailer on the lot. There was none.

Hard to see where lock box was and basically sitting in the middle of nowhere
Joni BDid not know how heavy the hitch was. Could not lift it up on the ball on my SUV. No help was offered. I had to ask for help. They were closed on the day we returned it. My wife and I could not lift it off the ball. Called u-haul support and they were useless. He kept telling me to check to the app to see if it was open or if it had after hours check in. Frustrating when he tried to transfer me to road side assistance call dropped. I end up having to use some bricks, wood, and my car jack to get it off.
SAMUEL RThey were great with the truck drop off. They guided me through the best they could letting me know that the location i picked up the truck at shouldn’t have trucks cause they’re not doing it correctly.
Lemeisha HThe gentlemen in the furniture store were friendly and quick to help. The truck was clean and seemed to be in good shape. Surprised at the lack of cruise control for being quite a new truck, but otherwise it was great. Somehow, despite reserving a 10 ft truck a week in advance, I was notified the day before pickup that a 10 ft truck was not available and I would be "upgraded" to a 15 ft truck. This was not preferable because of the increased cost of gas and additional difficulty for parking and unloading. On top of that, Uhaul will charge me an arm and a leg if I bring the truck back with less gas than when I picked it up, but if I bring it back with measurably more gas than when I picked it up Uhaul just shrugs and says thank you. This is theft and should be illegal. I'm sure whoever reads this, if anyone does, will just smirk and pat themselves on the back. Enjoy it while you can. People are no longer willing to accept corporate greed and you will pay the price for what you've done.
