Carey A.I was charged for blankets which I did not request and a cleaning fee. All I moved were boxes of household items. This is the second time I have been incorrectly charged. Last time they charged me $10 for gas. I went 8 miles and bought 2 gallons at the location when I returned. Uhaul did correct this. I am awaiting a call back about these new incorrect charges.

David O.Requesting a review of the charges. I understand he following from my recent rental. Estimates: Truck $40 Mileage $25 Insurance $14 Tax $6 Total $85 approximate. I was billed $102? What kind of math is that? I took before and after pictures of the gas gauge. Site attendant said I put in more then they said it had on their system and adjusted the system to show 3/4 now. And then charged my for fuel. I called for a fuel adjustment and the total on my card is still $102 total. A $11,77 charge and $9,13 return charge. I can show $15 in gas receipts from that location. Plus the picture of the gas gauge before and after. This place is shady and I knew it ahead of time with the online reviews.

The unit door was jammed and totally not functioning, had to call a technician waiting about 2hrs for repairs to be made. After long wait could load. Leaving GA and got to home to unload and the door jammed AGAIN!!! Went to local dealer for repair.

Joseph C.I had scheduled this truck LONG in advance. However, in the few days prior the March 11 pickup, the pickup location was changed TWO TIMES, including the day of pickup. The pickup location was not at all convenient!. It was many, many miles from the original preferred Cobb Parkway, Marietta, GA location close to my house. In Friday afternoon rush hour traffic, it was a 2 1/2 hour round trip to pick up the truck! Ridiculous.
Robert T.He was a store clerk but really nice. However, he was trying to help me in between customers so he could keep the line moving. Which slowed me down a lot! He didn't have the correct dolly that I paid. It's not his fault of course but Uhaul should have All equipment there if it was available for rent. And a Uhaul person should be there to rent out trucks. It took 30 min for a 10 min stop.

DAVID B.I tried to do the pickup electronically, but could never get it to work. The folks at this location indicated this has occurred in the past. The store personnel did a great job of quickly helping me to work through the pickup process inside the store.
RICHARD S.I was charged an extra $9 for 2 gallons of fuel. I only drove it 8 miles and put a gallon in myself. I have pictures of the fuel gauge before and after. The email they sent showed the gauge was supposed to be higher than before I rented it. I called and left a message to dispute the charge and I have not received a response.

Robert B.Uhaul really failed me got a call from pick up location less than 24 hrs before I was to pick up truck only to inform me they had no truck for me and had no idea when one would be available. To make matters worse I received a txt message 2 days before my pick up date saying my truck was confirmed and wanted to know if I would pull a trailer from point a to be for them at a given price. I had to spend 3-4 hours on the phone trying to locate truck with corporate and once one was located had to drive 2 hrs each way to pick it up which caused me to have to change loading plans by 2 days and then when I returned truck I was charged for the additional days which were caused by uhaul not having the truck as they said it was Very poor support!!!!!
STEPHEN C.I should have rented one size bigger (5x8 rather than 4x6). That's my fault. I figured it would be taller. I should have asked if a Q size box spring would fit in but I didn't think to & he didn't ask. Made it work. Easy doing business with Ken. Recommend +

Marie S.I reserved a 6x12 trailer about 3 weeks before I needed it. It seems odd that I could not get any confirmation of my rental until 24 hours before I was to pick it up. Since I had a family member driving to help me move, it was stressful to get the family headed to a central location for moving and we didn't even know with certainty that we had a trailer to use. I had a guy at the storage unit we cleaned out tell me..."Penske tells you everything when you rent. U-Haul tells you after its too late to do anything about it"...
