DOUGLAS RGOOD TIRES. MY TIRE BLEW OUT AND LEFT ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD AT NIGHT FOR THREE HOURS.
Grant bIt took forever to check out because they will have you step to the side and deal with the gas station people first waited 30 minutes to check out and asked to have it added to my time and when I dropped it off they didn't check it in til the next day and charge me for it . Very sad never going back

Gene KHad 51K and drove like a tank, no shocks, and an exhaust leak. Lady at desk couldn't speak english, and messed the paperwork up, U-Haul does not care cost me money, I DO NOT RECOMMEND U-Haul. Go some where else.
TJ SThis time it was better. But I made sure I covered myself with pictures of everything. So they wouldn't charge me hidden fees.
Tim BI only used the van for 20 miles and they charged me 39 dollars for gas. That is crazy. The needle was in the same spot as when I got it.
Tim BIt is extremely difficult to communicate when there is a language barrier. Need additional cashier - we had to wait quite a while because cashier was helping gas station customers, which would have been OK if we weren't there first.

Sharon AThere needs to be a second person in store just for U-Haul because it tremendously slows down the customer for U-Haul when there are customers that need to be rung up within the gas station. Also, I was charged for 2 days of U-Haul but I tried to extend and the cashier I called left me on hold and never came back to the phone so I hung up. I don't think that's fair because no one requested to use it after me that night and it was back early in the morning (before the 24 hour window of when I originally booked.

Manolo GScheduling was a pain. Reserved a vehicle. received texts saying it changed 3 times after hours so couldn't call anybody, but then day of pickup I was supposed to get by 8 am. Couldn't call until 9 am to verify where pickup was since changed. I was transferred via phone 6 times and on hold for 40 minutes total before somebody could help - bless her, wasn't even her district but she could tell I was frustrated with transfers and lack of answers. The whole time the truck was available at the place scheduled the day prior. App gave issues loading for the many steps required to pick up and drop off.

The cargo area wasn't swept out from the previous renter, the person that handed me the keys split time between working the cash register and finalizing my rental agreement. Nice guy and tried his best but this site wouldn't be my first choice to rent from.

Roman CThe phone # to the location had a fu mailbox. Couldn't communicate that the hand trucks we ordered weren't in the truck. Also told they close at 5 but U-Haul rep wasn't there when we returned at 4:45 to speak with him. Had to leave keys with gas station attendant. Also rental agreement and receipt where all done on his phone. He apparently scrolled my signature which is concerning as I wasn't even given an opportunity to see anything. Just told I'd get an email with a receipt. Business just doesn't seem as professional these days. The plus was the truck ran well and we got our job done.

William VWas a little difficult to back a trailer into the spot I was asked to put it at this location at the time I was there. Parking is arranged around gas pumps so there is limited space to maneuver. But it wasn't an issue for me specifically as there were plenty of open spaces and I was able to use one next to it.

James BMake sure the truck is actually cleaned. Perhaps makes sure the oil light is not on so the user doesn't have to worry about mechanical issues and have the AC repaired so the driver doesn't melt when moving on 100-degree days!

Thomas GThis place is very disorganized and dirty. I checked in Online to save time only to be informed that I was not checked in. So the lady did it manually and wasted my time. I was so late for my appointment that I didn't check the cleanliness of the truck. I only checked the gas. Now you are charging me for your dirty truck. I demand a refund of the cleaning fee. I will no longer allow Uhaul rip me off
Akintunde OThe Acworth location in Cobb County did not have anyone to connect the auto transport. I checked the turn signals and flashes, all of which were working. After dark I realized I had no running lights on the auto transport, putting my family and myself at risk of an accident. I had to use my hazard lights and drive for 20+ miles to get to a safe place to call for roadside assistance. The closest responder was 2,5 hrs. away, they called back after about an hour and cancelled. No one in the local area would come out and provide "Roadside Assistance". U Haul has no roadside assistance, they told me it would cost me $300 to have some third party come out. I refused to pay for them to come out and service their faulty equipment. You are basically on your own if you need help on the road. U-Haul put us up at a "not so Quality Inn" and the next morning I took the auto transport to a U-Haul location in Laurel, MS to get the lights working and find out the equipment shorted out a fuse on my vehicle and then the trailer had no lights for turn signals or hazard lights rendering the trailer useless. I told U-Haul where I would be leaving their auto transport so they could come get it. No, I don't want you to get me another auto transport, you can keep your problems. I want all my money back for this foolishness! I will not recommend using U-Haul because they don't keep their equipment serviced. I also found nails in the tires one which looks like it broke off in the tire. Where are the checks and balances to ensure that the equipment is serviced and checked on a regular basis? U-Haul you should be ashamed for putting people lives at risk, this is a shame that a huge business like this is not better equipped to provide roadside assistance to customers who rent your equipment. My anxiety levels and blood pressure have been through the roof dealing with the unnecessary stress of this whole experience. U-Haul get you act together before someone gets killed using your stuff!
