Routed from desired location to this one (after two confirmations) before they decided they didn't have my trailer, where I wanted to pick it up. Right rear tire 25psi (other 3 tires 65psi), one of three red lights burned out on rear cross-member, brake fluid reservoir very low and fluid was discolored.

It wasn’t the locations but apparently I had to pay 150$ more for an even larger truck although the system said several locations had it. Then they stated it was a system glitch and they couldn’t do anything over the next home for someone to call me after I already paid to only say I should’ve waited 3 hours after I booked because there were some system issues and I’d have to wait for a call back after I return for the difference and then when I called it’s a completely different thing 🤦🏽♀️

Robert SThe man that worked there was great and we did not have any issues with the truck. My issue is that we reserved a 26 foot truck at a location that was closer to our new home. The website said the truck was there when I made the reservation. Then when I received the confirmation email a few minutes after I made the reservation, my location was changed to a location further from our new home. I called to ask about it and the lady on the phone explained why the location changed. Then, I asked if I could change the truck size, if a 20 foot truck was available at either of the two locations. She said they did have one at the new location and she helped update my reservation. We get to the location to pick up the truck at our reservation time AND they don’t have the 20 foot truck. We ended up having to get the 15 foot truck! Which meant more trips and more money paid in mileage. My frustration is more with U-haul than the location. They should have made sure a 20 foot truck was at the selected location, especially since U-Haul was the one who changed my location to begin with.
Tiffany BPickup process was smooth. Return process was cumbersome and took too much time. Sales personnel at return could have helped, but did not do so. Will be considering other rental companies in future.
