Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThis is a convenience store first and a U-Haul place second or lower. I had to wait in the retail line both picking up and returning while the attendant waited on "customers." They did not ask if anything was wrong with the truck at return time. The TPMS system message displayed from the time I picked up until I returned. I will NEVER go here again.
Stan GThe U-haul app froze up and made it extremely difficult to use. I was lucky this happened during store hours. The attendant was very knowledgeable and friendly and was able to help me return the truck.
RICHARD TThe truck was filthy inside, but I needed a rental.
patrise tCab was clean but needed to be wiped down to include the steering wheel. App was a problem trying to upload pre-trip info. Staff was excellent, very helpful. We will use this location again.
