Not sure if this location would have had equipment if I needed but the gentleman was really nice and inviting. He inspected the vehicle, told me where to park, and completed my rental. He understood and combusted that I didn't receive any equipment at pickup. I was even able to order some tasty food after a long two days of moving and driving.

Be more organized. My appt was scheduled for 8 am, I had already done everything online the night before and when I arrived there was a computer issue with the owner who was over the phone. His computer said my appt wasn't there but U-Haul said it was. This caused me to be late for an appt that I ended up having to wait 3 hours for an opening. The best part was the guy at the counter who was patient and empathetic. The owner wasn't even apologetic for the inconvenience m

The whole operation needs to be looked over. I rented from there because of convenience. I moved into a new building 165 units. I'm sad to say I've told everyone moving in not to rent from this particular location. This is the first bad experience I've had with U-Haul I know it's the location only 202-705-9066 Mrs Johnson

The truck was very nasty I didn’t want to put my bookbag on the floor

The first 20' truck had oil and dirt smeared all over the back and the ramp wouldn't come out. I returned that truck after putting $20 worth of gas in it for a 11 mile total trip. I was charged a $174,05 holding fee for a bigger 26' replacement truck that was dirty also. This was on top of the $63,51 that was already on hold, which put my account in a negative balance. I had to sweep that truck out before I could load any of my furniture. Having to return the first truck and sweep out the second truck put me 1 hour behind schedule. I feel that I should've been compensated for the gas and my time within the cost of the upgraded truck. I experienced poor customer service from the start of this rental.

Unorganized! Took entirely too long to get the UHAUL truck. The person at the store did know everything to do, he called someone else who then said he had to come to the store because all my information did not show up, so I had to wait for him to get to the store, even though I did everything over the phone at the 1800 number. Also, I was told the $19,99 truck was available while I was at the location, when I called the 1800 number to pay for the truck, the female informed me the truck was not available (the gentlemen at the store stated the truck had been sitting in the lot for two days), with that being the case I now had to rent a larger truck that I did not need for an additional cost. The length of time I had the truck in my possession is incorrect on the paper. JUST A WASTED DAY!! For the record the gentlemen at the store were nice!!

This place changed my reservation date and added miles even though I never picked the truck up. It's a scam and it was a huge inconvenience finding a truck on the actual date of the move. I still have not received my refund for this rental that I never received. Uhaul really has gone downhill. I won't use them again.

The worst rental experience from uhaul ever they over charged me at the start of the rental and tried to add extra days and fees at the end of the rental. The rep was not on location and had someone from the kitchen put his cell phone in the window to speak to him. The number registered to the location on the uhaul website is not in service. Very shady and uncomfortable experience.

Drop off location was an old Kentucky fried chicken restaurant…. Yes… hard to believe.. And in an unsafe area of Washington DC. No sub way access, I had trouble finding a Uber driver who ventured into the area -- took four tries U-hail employee had to call another employee to wrap up my rental and both started yelling at each other fighting over the terms of the rental It felt like being in a third world country Absolutely screwed up… I will not be using U-Haul ever again

Nothing everything was very nice from the customer service when u walk in the door all the way to renting the truck thx so much U-Haul I really needed y'all yesterday n y'all was there for us.

This location is sketchy. I've used U-Haul over 100 times, as an Arizona native- this is the go to company for all moving needs. I've never felt like I was hustled like I was this time. I believe they did something with the odometer in the van I used, because it did not match the actual miles I drove. Also, they charged me $10 in cash to leave my vehicle in their LARGE, OPEN parking lot. I will never use them again. This location has changed my mind about Uhaul moving forward.

I am not happy with location. I was charged for items that I did not receive. When I brought it to the attention of location, I was told those items will be removed; however this location tried to charge me for them. He also tried to charge me for gas saying that more was there than what was actually in the truck. Thankfully I took a picture before pulling off of the gas gauge. My total drive was 2,8 miles. I will never use this location again! And will definitely post reviews.
