Not sure if this location would have had equipment if I needed but the gentleman was really nice and inviting. He inspected the vehicle, told me where to park, and completed my rental. He understood and combusted that I didn't receive any equipment at pickup. I was even able to order some tasty food after a long two days of moving and driving.

Be more organized. My appt was scheduled for 8 am, I had already done everything online the night before and when I arrived there was a computer issue with the owner who was over the phone. His computer said my appt wasn’t there but U-Haul said it was. This caused me to be late for an appt that I ended up having to wait 3 hours for an opening.
