This is not the location I was supposed to pick my Uhual up from. The place we initially tried to rent from told us they made a reservation but they did not make a reservation. I had to drive to Boulder, which was an hour away from me, last minute to pick the trailer up a day early. No apology or discount was offered when they realized their mistake. It was a terrible experience. I hope I never have to rent a Uhual again.

Location wise, everything about this spot was great, they observed COVID protocols, and the one key-pickup interaction I had went smoothly. However, before driving my uhaul truck off/away, I did not check if the appliance and furniture Dolly I needed were in the back of the truck (like the online order form said they would be). Thankfully, I was able to pick them up at another uhaul location, but make sure to check for your desired equipment is in the uhaul before driving off!

The online/mobile experience was terrible! The mobile app doesn't work, doesn't know the location, I had to call customer service, which took way too much time and the representative was not friendly. Then she wanted to charge me $20 extra when the uhaul app does not do it's job. Terrible. Renting trucks used to be very simple and very straight forward.

You should be told at time of booking if a location will be open at the time you arrive. This location was closed at 9am on a Saturday. It was a pain to pick this up and receive approval remotely. Truck was dirty. Found out when I filled gas tank that there was a HOLE in the tank. Gas went everywhere. I would like money back. This isn't safe.

Get your act together! Was told my tow vehicle was insufficient to tow the trailer. Wrong. I have the owner's manual, I can read. UHaul assumed my tow vehicle had a base V6 engine, it has a V8. Spent WAY too much time getting this ironed out. Then was told I had to arrive 30 minutes early so the UHaul rep can hook up the trailer and photograph said hookup. It takes 5 minutes. It's a sad state of affairs in the USA when ordinary citizens can't be trusted to hook up a trailer. I'm old, know how to do it, and can drive a vehicle with a manual transmission. Rant over. Overall, I will consider another service provider next time.

U-Haul cancelled my reservation at pick up, then charged me an extra $60 for a new one. Couldn't even get through to customer service. This location was terrible. The contactless pick up involved a lot of contact with a maskless desk attendee. If I wasn't in a time crunch, I would've walked away and refused to do business.

The gate size was not mentioned as narrower than the trailer size. I had trouble driving my ATV into the trailer with only 1/2 inch on either side.

I was Very disappointed. The text I was sent by U-Haul said drop location was open Saturday from 0830-1200. I got there shortly after 11:00 mountain time and found them closed. Hours posted said closed both Sat/Sunday. Parking lot also very untidy and disorganized. I managed to park and turn in my trailer.

We didn't have our 3 packing blanket packages upon vehicle pickup, and when returning the vehicle we put the required gas back in the truck to get where it was upon pickup but was told it was not, had to drive back across town to put more into it.

Pick up after hours was OK. It worked but took a long time to get through the screens, provide the photos, have the person verify my reference person, etc. All told it took probably 30 minutes. The drop off was much more problematic. I was referred to a web site but the site had no functions for returning vehicles. And I was told by a sign on the lock box not to park on the street even though (a) that is where the truck began when I picked it up and (b) there were no spaces on the lot. I had to make a bunch of random calls to make sure I wasn't charged for not checking the truck back even though there were no mechanisms offered me to check it in. The check in part of the process needs work. But overall the rental was successful -- I got the truck, it worked, and it was reasonably priced. So I would recommend this again.

I purchased your alternative services for contesting movers to help with the move. They cancelled 30 mins after I picked up the truck. Very disappointed in these services. These actions have a reputations impact even when they are not your own people. They stayed they see billing my credit card at 7:30 am and cancelled by 9:00. They were do to arrive at 9:30.

I actually had a reservation with the north boulder u haul location. After an hour wait with only one customer in front of me. I finally got to the general manager who was serving customers. He was obnoxiously rude and discurteous. He eventually told me to go to budget instead. So i went to nicks and was helped in 5 mins. I will never return to the north boulder location and can only tell others that it is a horrible place with horrible customer service. This location after reading inline reviews is a horrible look, and representation for your company. I thought you should know. Anyways. Nicks was great, fast and very pleasant.

I felt bad for this location. They were an auto repair location that dabbled with Uhaul. Nick's automotive is the closest UHaul dealer to CU Boulder. They were overwhelmed with UHaul returns. They managed it well...

I had tried to schedule a morning pickup over the phone initially. Also, it was odd that the pickup was in Boulder when there were numerous other uhaul dealers within 5 miles of me.

Location was overloaded with trailers and in a difficult/impossible area to move vehicles. I was pleased with the service and the owner of the business. But it is not a good spot for the amount of trailers that he had. I know that this is due to the timing(school year beginning), but there were way too many vehicles and trailers for this small lot.

The UHAUL technology however was horrible to pick up after hours and will not do that again, Was on hold for a full hour with uhaul trying to get the application to work at every step. Not one step worked correctly. To the point that we did not think we were going to be able to get the rental. In the meantime 8 people waiting to move out of a rental apartment in boulder. Was very stressful.
