This is not the location I was supposed to pick my Uhual up from. The place we initially tried to rent from told us they made a reservation but they did not make a reservation. I had to drive to Boulder, which was an hour away from me, last minute to pick the trailer up a day early. No apology or discount was offered when they realized their mistake. It was a terrible experience. I hope I never have to rent a Uhual again.
Excellent. Riley connected the trailer, explained safety checks, and explained drop-off instructions. The process was simple and quick.
Location wise, everything about this spot was great, they observed COVID protocols, and the one key-pickup interaction I had went smoothly. However, before driving my uhaul truck off/away, I did not check if the appliance and furniture Dolly I needed were in the back of the truck (like the online order form said they would be). Thankfully, I was able to pick them up at another uhaul location, but make sure to check for your desired equipment is in the uhaul before driving off!
The online/mobile experience was terrible! The mobile app doesn't work, doesn't know the location, I had to call customer service, which took way too much time and the representative was not friendly. Then she wanted to charge me $20 extra when the uhaul app does not do it's job. Terrible. Renting trucks used to be very simple and very straight forward.
You should be told at time of booking if a location will be open at the time you arrive. This location was closed at 9am on a Saturday. It was a pain to pick this up and receive approval remotely. Truck was dirty. Found out when I filled gas tank that there was a HOLE in the tank. Gas went everywhere. I would like money back. This isn't safe.
Get your act together! Was told my tow vehicle was insufficient to tow the trailer. Wrong. I have the owner's manual, I can read. UHaul assumed my tow vehicle had a base V6 engine, it has a V8. Spent WAY too much time getting this ironed out. Then was told I had to arrive 30 minutes early so the UHaul rep can hook up the trailer and photograph said hookup. It takes 5 minutes. It's a sad state of affairs in the USA when ordinary citizens can't be trusted to hook up a trailer. I'm old, know how to do it, and can drive a vehicle with a manual transmission. Rant over. Overall, I will consider another service provider next time.
Windows and mirrors needed cleaning.
The cab of the van was hard to tolerate because it smelled of bad BO with floral scent to cover. Maybe clean the upholstery?

U-Haul cancelled my reservation at pick up, then charged me an extra $60 for a new one. Couldn't even get through to customer service. This location was terrible. The contactless pick up involved a lot of contact with a maskless desk attendee. If I wasn't in a time crunch, I would've walked away and refused to do business.

The gate size was not mentioned as narrower than the trailer size. I had trouble driving my ATV into the trailer with only 1/2 inch on either side.
The guy connecting the trailer was awesome.
This has nothing to do with the location, they are great! But, the online drop off for after hours experience was impossible for me to figure out so I just dropped the keys.
It made for a great and easy move!
I was Very disappointed. The text I was sent by U-Haul said drop location was open Saturday from 0830-1200. I got there shortly after 11:00 mountain time and found them closed. Hours posted said closed both Sat/Sunday. Parking lot also very untidy and disorganized. I managed to park and turn in my trailer.
We paid for the furniture pads but never received those. How can I get a refund?

Person in charge, Jennifer, was fantastic. She juggled three of us customers at same time yet took care of all of us in a friendly yet efficient manner. I believe she said she was "filling in" for someone else that day. Excellent work.
Ruben setup the hitch for me. Rylee and Dennis are kind and helpful. I've rented once and dropped here twice and always enjoy my interactions. The kind of business you want to return to.
The location just felt odd. I kept thinking, is this really the right place to grab a truck? Just felt that trucks were mixed in between another business and it felt odd.
