The lady was nice but the man was unfriendly
Alex TTrain the desk staff so they're able to help customers. The lady inside was very pleasant but said she had no access to your system, and was unable to help when I couldn't do the online check-in. I had to call customer support twice, and the process took 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Michael Odidnt know much about Uhaul didnt know anything about Uhaul billing - bill was different than what we signed and couldnt explain it - just is what it is..
