My only complaint was that I signed up online and I thought I was renting through the Westlake location one mile from my home. The confirmation address had a different location which I’m sure is due to the truck size availability.

I completed the rental process on the Uhaul app and at the conclusion, I still had to go inside and get the key. The person in line in front of me did nothing and were processed faster than it took myself to check in.

It took a long time to register even though I had a previous appointment. I was told there was a computer problem. When I returned the vehicle. I was 2 hours early but the info wasn't entered until 2 hours later. (Shown on my email receipt as the time I returned it)

I dropped off my keys and the gentleman said that’s all I had to do. I mentioned damage on the truck that was there before I got it, specifically scrapes and where the bottom passenger side panel was torn open, and he simply told me not to worry about it. Pretty easy return process.

I reserved a 10 foot truck online and went with the mobile check in. Upon arriving, I went on to the mobile site and a message appeared that equipment had not been assigned and that I needed to go in to the desk. The person who had the 10 foot truck before me didn’t bring it back on time. They gave me a 15 foot truck for the same price after about 15 min at the counter. Little frustrated as I was on a time crunch and was not planning on going into the counter.

Make sure that your website is working properly. I chose to use the mobile check-in and it wouldn't work. I am disabled and was pretty upset when I had to go in and go through the entire process in pain.

A couple of weeks ago my wife and I rented a truck from this location to move one of our children to her first apt. The representative was named "Conor." The service we rec'd was EXCELLENT!! And in fact, we were so HAPPY that we returned to rent another truck to move another child today to her first home. Our representative today was "Christine" who was also EXCELLENT!! In today's market it really is all about Customer Service and Product... You should be Proud of how Conor and Christine represent your Company! BRAVO and KUDOS to them Both!! And, in closing, you may be sure that we (or anyone we know) needs to rent a truck that we will be sure to send them your way!! John and Rose K.

I confirmed my pick up at North Royalton two weeks in advance and the type of truck. the day before i received a cal and said my location changed and the time changed from 7am to 4pm. For me that was totally unacceptable and not good business.

Overall rental experience was poor. Originally made reservation at a location that was walking distance from my home. A day before pickup I learned I had to go to a different location that was 8-10 miles from my house. Then 15’ truck I had reserved was changed to a 20’. Too large. Eventually changed back to 15’ truck after multiple phone calls to U-Haul. Really not customer friendly.

Getting a U-Haul was such a hassle. My location and time were all switched the day before without asking us, even though my order was confirmed a few days before. I had to call multiple people to get it sorted out. I would considering going through another truck rental company so I wouldn't have to deal with that again.

The customer service was awful and not efficient at all. They were inexperienced and it took over a half hour to complete my pick up and over half an hour to receive my receipt of return. I would not use this location again to rent a U-Haul

I will be writing a review on Yelp on Google and I will be contacting BBB and I'm also contacting the main corporate office if you Hall I will be exploiting this through my facility and letting I will be exploiting this through my facility and letting all my thousands of clients know how you treated me I work with Sports Talk Radio with the Cavaliers and Marty Allen and Chuck already from the TV and Bill Bender I'm very well known and I will be explaining what your company did to me just for a few dollars extra I got sent to your company working with you all for my businesses and you guys claimed that I locked the keys in the truck and you guys charged me extra for it it was on my credit card I'm extremely upset that you guys did not have one more set of keys with the truck and you guys were charging me $50 plus for each day I will be contacting everybody on Monday morning I'm extremely upset and I will let everybody know that uhaul at Ace Hardware did this to me

I have rented vehicles twice from this location. Overall in my experience, they have had the best service and vehicles. I have always used Uhaul when I.have needed a.can or truck. I have recommended this location to friends and family, and will continue to do so. Also, I worked with two separate female staff persons. Both were excellent. I don't rate service people lightly.

Checking in online was a nightmare!! Thank goodness for the staff at the location, they were a big help. However, the nightmare continued when we went to go return the rental. The location was closed so we had to check out online, which went smoothly until we had to drop the key in the key drop box. The slits on the box were too small for the key to fit in! We ended up having to call the U-Haul customer service number and even they couldn’t really help us. The only thing they could suggest was for us to lock the rental up and take the key with us and drop it off the next day at the location when they were open. The customer service rep we spoke to even tried contacting the local field rep but had no success in doing so. Something that should have been so easy has turned into something extremely complicated and drawn out. I will think twice about renting from U-Haul again.
