JOSEPH MIt's an old house with storage units in the back, no-one was there to assist, I just dropped the trailer off took a picture and left
kenneth hThis return station was un manned with no visible instruction on where to park unit. Had to call the UHaul number on my paper work and she was very helpful explaining how to proceed. Found an area around back off to the side where other returns were parked. I would suggest that North Ridge install some signage on how to proceed with a drop off when not manned. Overall great experience though. I've used UHaul in the past & will continue to use when needed. Great company with a exceptional value. Merci

Mark WI AM PISSED OFF AT THE HANDLING OF THE RENTAL. I have used your service for over 40 years without a any problems This time was a total disaster. I was told by the pickup location that I could drop the off first at the Ashtabula location, I protested that it was no where near where near where I was going. They could not find a closer location. I was then told to call around for nearer locations, which I did. The operator at that site accepted the trailer and did not want to look at me paperwork. I did ask. The earlier installation of a hitch took 4 hours when I was told 90 minutes. They installed the wrong parts. I had to return for them to correct it. There were other problems with the original reservation being a trailer that was too large for my car. I had to reschedule my moving. I am disappointed with the entire transaction. AND NOW YOU ask $5 FOR FOR "WRONG DROP-OFF" FOR THE INCOMPETENCE OF YOUR STAFF! REFUND THE $5. I AM AS OF NOW WARNING MY FRIENDS AND ASSOCIATES TO USE YOUR SERVICES ONLY WITH EXTREME CAUTION OR NOT AT ALL!!!

Kurt DThe back of the truck was filled with cockroaches. Trucks really need to be inspected before they're rented out. Considering the furniture pads had to be added to the back of the truck, there's no way the staff at this location didn't see them (they were heavily surrounding the furniture pads as well as throughout the back of the truck).
Nicholas GOnly issue I had was the lock on the back of the truck was difficult to open . Maybe update locks more frequently. Other than that everything was fantastic.

I was delayed a half hour with issues due to the check in process. Not happy at all with the remote check in process

Thomas BNeeded a truck last minute and they thankfully had one available! He (sorry, don't remember his name) was great and I would definitely use this location again.
Terrance NI was asked to return the unit early to accommodate another rental. I was told that personnel would be there from 8 o'clock on to meet me. I return the unit approximately 9:30 AM, earlier than requested and never saw anybody when I dropped off the trailer.

Thomas EAwesome rental. New and clean truck. Very efficient on gas mileage. It packed mostly everything in one trip to our new home. Was super happy with our service and would highly recommend and will rent again.
