Bottom line I needed to rent a good quality, reliable trailer in which this pickup location provided. The individual / owner was helpful. The major downside was the 45 minutes I spent waiting to pickup the trailer. This wait was due to the slow response time of the U-Haul. com website. At one time I was actually going to leave to try again the next day. Efficiency equates to my time and is important to me. The second and much smaller complaint was that I had to sweep out the trailer before I loaded it. For the most part it was clean. I just did not want some of the small stones to bounce around and possibly damage my load.
ANTHONY LThe trucks are always dirty. Windshield are fogged over. Inside cabin area not clean,cargo area not swept out. Then you are told there will be a $25 fee if left not cleaned. So Someone decides to pay the fee and the next renter is stuck with the mess.
