The van that we received was dirty as there was garbage in the can from the previous individual(s) who rented the truck. It had been cleaned before it could be used, which is extremely disappointing. If we had more time, we would have returned the van for a different vehicle.

Bob WescottI would never again pick up a truck through the app. This location is fine when I have picked up a truck when a person is there, however they have short hours so this time we had to use our phone. It took over an hour and we called bc the app kept bringing us back to home, and the people we spoke to were extremely rude and not helpful. Awful experience!
Donna LevinLocation is conveniently located, and the person who works there is friendly and helpful. However, when I called there directly, he was unable to quote the terms and price for a one-way rental and told me I needed to call the central uhaul office. The one-way rental includes up to a certain # of miles in the cost, but this varies depending on the city, which makes it confusing if the nearest uhaul location is not in the same city you live in! Overall, the cost was about a third of any other truck and I would definitely use uhaul again!

No apology or offer of a discount for my stress and inconvenience. Had rented from this location numerous times prior but new associates are not engaged in customer service. Will go out of my way not to have to go back to this location again.
Tom PhaneufIf not for the man at the counter who was friendly and helpful this rating would have been much lower. First, the tire pressure monitor system was broken so I was afraid I had a flat tire shortly after I started my ride to drop off my household items, this let to me having a two hour delay waiting to get a new tire. Second, the switch for the headlights and dashboard lights was NOT in it location not he dashboard but UNDER the dashboard. To turn the lights on and off, you had to be outside the vehicle and reach under the dash and try to locate the switch and turn it off and on. This is EMBARRASSING for U-Haul. Truly disgraceful that you would have a vehicle like this in service.

Since 4 extra miles cost should be 113 I was charged over $200 as the location desk must have changed my discounted reservation without my knowledge. The need for a passport or 2 forms of contact info or lease agreement or place of business is to much PII and most would not have or should give to rent a service. If that's the set bar I'll be seeking services else where

Karen HurleyThe agent at the desk was extremely slow. She kept saying she hasn't rented in a while, the technology updates weren't good and she attempted sarcasm which neither of us liked since it took forever. She forgot to unlock one of the letter locks on the back and we didn't do a walk around because she said it was already checked out. Once we got to our storage unit we called asking for the lock combo. She was clueless and spent 25 minutes on the phone with her boss trying to determine what the combo was. After a few failed guesses she got the right one. Problem was the lock was rusted and refused to turn to those letters. I asked if someone would come do it for us and her reply was 'I doubt it, it's Saturday. Someone had this yesterday, it was fine. I'll call you back with what we can do.' I had two men attempting the lock which thankfully after some WD-40 and a screw driver they got to open but it lost over an hour of our rental time. The best last was the agent never called back. Terrible customer service, unprofessional and in desperate need of training. I was forced to use this location due to the equipment needed, I would never ever rent from here again even if it was my last resort like this was.
