I have and will continue to do so. The owner, Matt Staab, and the rest of the staff are all very knowledgeable, helpful and timely. I prefer to only get my uhaul rentals there. They always answer there phone and are able to answer questions. If they don't know an answer, they say that. Great job Northview!

Peter T.Uhaul.com allows for rental at locations that do not have trucks. Even though customer service called and offered great options to accommodate for the inconvenience they were empty promises that were not fulfilled.

MEGAN T.Make sure that they tell the people if they have to pay in cash even if it's not their fault they have to pay so much money more than original. So they expect it. And when people brings in their trucks or Vans clean it right away instead of waiting and not doing it at all.

Brett P.He helped with fixing some of the issues caused by the online website and where the phone rep didn't adjust the mileage. For some reason half of my online order didn't show up on my account and a majority of the documents/links were not sent to my email. Turns out they were sent to another family member that wasn't even with us but we borrowed their CC since I don't own a CC.
Nicole H.The inside of the cargo was dirty needed to be swept out badly. The tire low indicator is on so it makes it really hard to take pic of mileage on the truck. The app to reserve and drop off truck is a joke and takes forever to do next time going to use the pick up after they open so don't have to mess with the app.
